I made reports multiple times and never ever got a reply from a security team then I started writing to regular support, regular support would make a report and tell me I will get an answer when investigation is done, never ever got any answer again.

So, what should I do??? Continue to email them even though Im not getting any reply?

It looks like around August first nitty house players went to holiday and agro bots returned. Today at certain moments felt like playing against super users.

I guess this is what it is, max 2 pros per table, can’t expect the other 6 to be fishes.

1 per day should be free of charge. I personally reported around 20 hands and never got any feedback.

During the last wave of bots I reported around 75 of them to security and eventually got a $750 refund with an email thanking me for reporting. All I did was screenshot suspected accounts and send them in.

No response from server and everything freezing in the middle of session...

Same here since yesterday

So all I did was leaving this table and then try to join it again (I didnt want to play 2 HU matches at the same time. Some guy "NewDimension" loves to SNAP SIT DOWN vs me HU if I get action other table.

last time I had this message I had to take a break for a few days otherwise I couldn’t even sit any tables anymore, I’d get this within like 10 seconds of opening a table

Hey could you explain what kind of behavior jumps out so you can have suspicions of dealing with bots? Also how did you report them? Via email?

disconnected in the middle of two tournaments last week and couldn't get back on. went on twitch to check and it also happened to some streamers. when i got back on, half the table was blinding out. i actually finished ITM with like 2 BB in one of the tournaments because others blinded out first so I didn't bother reporting it to wpt global.

today, i was disconnected again, only for 3 minutes this time but I had a premium hand which really sucks. i also saw 3 others at my table were disconnected when i got back on. my internet connection is great and i've never had any issues on other sites. anyone else experience this? I really want to keep playing on wpt global because the field is so soft but i don't think it's worth the trouble if this continues to happen. im located in canada btw.

Im losing every allin nomatter if im 30-90% favourite. I guess its punishment for me posting those photo's of potential (now banned) bot accounts here on 2p2

Maybe freezing software that makes me quit is better xD

wtf since yesterday im stilll shadow banned but I can see every table??????? Its so ****in annoying because I dont know which tables I can actually sit at? Is this a bug that will be fixed?

I haven't seen many around lately, but I haven't been playing 5/10/20 much and that was their main area.

A few months ago it was accounts with <1k hands, playing somewhere around 29/21 and snap acting most decisions up to turn. They always bought in min and many of them had female Asian avatars, often with glasses.

The server issues have been pretty crazy for a company this size in the past days. It's gotten worse rather than better somehow. I hope it's a problem with the expansion of the player pool, which makes some sense with the big freerolls they've been organizing.

It sucks having money stuck and/or knowing you're not going to get compensated for pots you lost during disconnects at the cash tables. Or am I wrong and have people gotten compensation for cash game pots lately? I've gotten back the money that was stuck in limbo, but never seen any money for disconnects.

The bad run never stops. I never ran as bad as did this site. It all started when i posted photos of potential bots...

Some people get reward money, some get the doomswitch enabled. Pretty standard

For almost 1 year, WPT still can't solve the laggy/freezing problem. Amazing.

Hello everybody.

I am traveling around the world and playing poker for living.

I see Phil Ivey on promo and deposit 2000$ to WPT, expect high quality poker room.

But I face hardest ID verification in my life.

I Send: 2 passports, Residential permit, rental agreement, 2 bank statements from 2 different banks, tax ID number, hotel booking, ID goverment app screenshot.

Nothing cant be accepted, they just freeze me with nonsense. 😀

Somebody get the same problem?

Anyone else has random logouts while playing? super annoying! just getting logout for no reason, no timebank, just cut out, often losing hands/pots!
been goin on for weeks now, support just ignores the problem!

How are cash out speeds to Canadians? I like this site. It seems very good, compared to how people on reddit act. The site is supportive, tons of free tickets...
