I dont know about the tournaments situation, Im just a cash games player: PL omaha high and hilo 0.50/1 to 3/6 and action is more than fine, I play there everyday.

This year I have noticed an increase in players from the UK at the PL games, but there is a complete lack of Asian players: China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan etc. and players from Israel, New Zealand, Mexico and Romania and Andorra. All these countries I find at the GG tables.
and there are very few Austrian and Dutch players compared to how many there are at GG

I'm an honest player, but got my account banned from WPN with a 3K balance. Looking for any help.

I came from another post, which is a similar "banned from WPN" case. Some replies say that cases could be contributed here in this thread. That's why I'm here, looking for any help.

I've been playing online poker for 2 years on multiple sites, including WPN, and I was asked to provide 2 rounds of documents and a final session recording for the purpose of an integrity check. And I was told permanently banned from WPN hours ago, listing a few reasons including "bots", "RTA, " etc, but I'm NOT. I only use H2N and it's fucking clear in the video that I'm a normal player doing normal things. I don't know why they are doing this to me. I'm just frustrated and shocked and don't know what to do. Wondering for any guidance.

My username in WPN (Black chip poker) is Nu11Pointer. And I could provide any detail available. Thanks a lot.

(I can't DM, maybe because it's a new account. If anyone could help, my discord is rampaging9)

Where are you from?

Currently living in Canada

There are supposed to be daily mystery bounties with the new update but I am not finding them. Any ideas?

ACR will be gone completely within 5 years, IMO, or at very least banned in most states. Good riddance

I think when you look at the guarantees, as a poker player, you can't hope for their downfall. They have a good market impact for tournaments. And i'm not saying they're bad, True Poker is as legit as any site I've played on. I'm just saying, the guarantees can't evaporate.

Stop flooding the schedule with BigO8 MTTs at the expense of the great game that is PLO8!

For many, many years you were THE site when talking serious O8:

You never looked back much at LO8.
You resisted the urge of NLO8.
But all of a sudden you are caving in to BigO8?

You've already destroyed half of the PLO8 schedule. O8 is not big enough to cater for any gimmicky variant there is on the planet!
Keep the common denominator that is PLO8 at the fore! Keep it big! You've been the 08 shepherd for so many years WPN, don't let the herd wandering off now!

So I made sure all my KYC was done before I started playing. Took about 2 days total but finally got it all done. Deposited, played and cashed out $50 to my crypto wallet a couple of days ago just as a test (I've heard horror stories about ACR), the withdrawal took about 10 hours but the $50 made it to my wallet fine. Today I run it up and attempt to cash out $650 and now I'm getting a "ACCESS RESTRICTED" screen on the withdraw page. I can still play and do everything else except P2P and the Withdrawal page. I emailed them and they said that my withdrawal request is undergoing a security review and gave a time frame of 48 to 72 hours. Should I be worried???

EDIT: received cashout. All good

I made the same mistake unfortunately and initial response from support wasn't that positive:

Kind of sucks they don't inform which network to use when making a USDT deposit, not super small amount either (1,000 USDT).Anyone else had the same problem or have any idea what I can do about it?

Happened to stumble upon an old email which had an old transaction details and what do I see:
https://polygonscan.com/address/0x00f05b...

I'm not super familiar with crypto, but do I understand correctly that I made the deposit 805 days ago and someone managed to cashout that exact amount 300 days ago after all?

If so, ACR just blatantly kept my 1K USDT, huh? 😃

Can anyone update me on what the mid to high stakes scene looks like for ACR right now? Thinking about playing some 1k - 5k NL on here. Things like the state of collusion, RTA, player strength, and general game security are what interest me.

Thanks.

Does anyone know if for the levels of distinction... I'm pretty sure the points accumulated to move up in rank is for the calendar year. My question is is if you make "cornel," in one calendar year do you start from they're if you want to get to 5 star general?

Thanks.

I believe that it is pretty well documented that ACR is a bit tougher than your average site, pretty much at all stakes. And as far as cheating goes, while it was rampant in the past, it does appear to be better/at par with other sites atm, I would say.

Okay I’ll ask again as I tried logging in again and the same message comes:

You are not permitted to run ACR poker while you have vmwp.exe running

Seems to think I’m running this which when Googled says it’s a windows process when hyper V or a virtual machine is running, I’m not a computer person and have no idea what it’s on about as it seems to think it’s restricted software? I just play with the laptop and sometimes PT4 but that’s not even running so have no clue what it’s going on about

It then lets me click past it and says I’m ready to play but that message seems to come up everytime I log in

Thanks for any help

we just played a bit of 2/3/5k a couple days ago if your nick is the same as here, pretty much everyone in the 1k+ pool is known, id say like 80%+ of the pool at 1k, and pretty much everyone at 2k+ is known on other sites etc. site is legit

Hey guys i got a bug going - when i was allin, after cards revealed (i think) the table window blined very briefly and after the hand was done there was no hand history of it, not even in the hand history manager of acr. Three times it happened last week or so, at least that i noticed (havent played much during this time). Tried contacting acr, no response whatsoever.. Couple potentially relevant details - was not playing for about a month, got some stuff in my pc changed, then switched windows 10 to windows 11, fresh new install of acr, now i got bitdefender antivirus, previously was with the winodws defender only. Tried fiddling with the acr settings, thought i fixed it but yesterday the bug happened again.. Any ideas or simillar experiences?

edit: forgot to say - bug doesnt happen every time im allin, just occasionally

i get this bug occasionally too. table just goes blank for a few seconds then back to normal. the hand doesn’t end up getting logged in the replayer.

I generally like ACR and I do fine and am very profitable, but I played a bunch of lottos last night to get my sit and crush $50 and I have to say this DI11er account from belarus is extremely sus, hes like 20 tabling jackpots 24/7 and winning the sit & crush by a huge margin every week, anyone know this guy irl? seems like the most obvious bot ever, If I had to guess its 100% either a bot or someone running RTA software

I return to ACR after 4 years and they still **** up my rakeback every single day just like they did 4 years ago.

I can't even be bothered contacting them to fix it most of the time but today they hit me with $10 in rakeback for $100 raked. Stiffing me for 63% of the rakeback I should have. It usually starts with a couple $ off. Then a couple more. Since I don't bother writing them about it they get greedy and start giving me less than half of what I should get.

When it hasn't been fixed in 4+ years I can only assume it's a programmed part of their business and not a bug. Nickle and diming every single player that chooses 27% rakeback is so greedy it crosses over from pathetic to funny. At least I can give a shout out to support staff who fix the problem in less than 24 hours when you write to them through the virtual assistant in the client.

i dont play in acr often since my main volume was on gg/ps but i found in more than 3 occasions bugged rakeback, when i contacted their support they gave me the correct, i assume it happens on purpose, no software can miscalculate rkb 3 times in a 6 month span

It'd be a huge win-win for the site and the players to improve the waitlist functionality.

I'm trying to join as many tables and give as much rake as possible to WPN, and the software's actively getting in my way. I understand the need to balance ease of use with keeping regs from bumhunting, but none (or few) of the suggestions below would affect that.

As far as I can tell, the current system is:

1) You can join one very specific waitlist at a time: ante / no ante, bomb pot or regular, 9m/6m/4m, stake, etc. Most the time I'm just looking into a crystal ball and guessing which one will have a seat open up first. This becomes increasingly bothersome with each new similar game type that gets launched--both in terms of how much of a guessing game it is to get the next available seat and in terms of how many mouse clicks you have to make to pick the right game. (It does not always save your last selection).

2) Then you have to keep an ear out for the sound effects of a new table opening up, because it either doesn't have popup functionality that overrides other windows, or for whatever reason it doesn't work as well as it does when it's your turn to act at tables you're already sitting at. (Which is a functionality that DOES work well, thank you for that!) Whatever window popup rules you use for turn-to-act I would use for this waitlist alert.

3) Then when a seat opens up, you have to race to the window and click "Join" as fast as you can because half the time it will tell you your seat has already been taken. Is it really first-come-first-serve when a seat opens up? That shouldn't even be allowed lol. If it's first-come-first-serve, that's not even a waitlist; it's just a push notification that a seat is open.

4) THEN, regardless of whether you get the seat or not, you have to go back to the lobby and join another waitlist and start the process all over again. It'd be great to be able to be able to join all the waitlists for all the tables that fit your filters at once, or at least be able to auto-rejoin the one list, or at least have a popup that asks if you want to rejoin the same list (like the great functionality you have for joining a similar tournament when you bust out).

In any case, the current system is not a sustainable way to get 6 tables in flight. This combined with the relatively unforgiving Sit Out settings where you lose your seat after just a few minutes are pretty brutal combination. God forbid I ever have to reheat a bowl of soup or poop and lose 20 minutes of my session having to go through the whole 1-waitlist-at-a-time process again.

It seems to have only gotten harder over my time on the site--partly due to anti-bumhunting measures, which again I understand and respect, but also just as a result of launching new micro-genres of games.

ETA: Damn this post was a mess. Just revised it for clarity.

Just got a promo in the mail for a 50% reload up to $1000. ...so is that a $1k deposit for $500 bonus or a $2k deposit for a $1k bonus?

IME, it has always referred to the maximum bonus you can earn. How you much you have to deposit to earn that bonus is immaterial.

by mitchapal00za

Also, are these possible to even clear in the time frame? the last time I did it50 NL blitz, and 200 NL blitz both ran and i got through most of it, but now with just micro blitz it seems like it would be really tough.

Almost certainly not lol

I also highly recommend doing what B&M casinos do, and when you reach a critical mass of players on the waitlist for the same game, just sit everyone at a table at once, draw for button and deal cards.

A lot of games are a giant staring contest where all the regs clearly have the player minimum in their waitlist settings at 2+, so there will be no tables running until a couple people are brave enough to sit in on each other and BAM the game gets fully spread instantaneously.

This is a win-win for getting tables started AND curbing bumhunting.
