your ability to parse English is horrendous. it closely echoes "earlier proposals" ie not this one. and furthermore, earlier proposals "shaped by Israel". Hamas accepted the current proposal as presented.

The article you quoted literally said it was a Qatar proposal. The country which sponsors Hamas and provides most of their funding.

I would argue that these are more reasonable than the alternative, which is the IDF massacring every man, woman, and child in Palestine.
