WARNING - do not purchase the Eagle Cup "discount" packages - I just purchased the $49 package. In the past that gave you 5x 11 SC tourney entries, a value obviously, which is why the package would be offered. However, today I received exactly 11 SC and ONE 11 SC tourney entry. So I lose $27 on the exchange.
Hopefully this is a glitch and will be made right, but I would hold off until that is made clear. I will update if I get any response to my support query.
I would seriously doubt it, but would anyone happen to know with any accuracy when all in or fold will release for sweeps coins? I really like the format for AoF PLO and am eagerly awaiting it for SC! 😀 If you happen to know/global rep sees these etc, also what stakes will be available for it? Hoping up to 5/T at least.
Global must be hurting for business. They have removed all of the $5.50 1k guarantee. What is left is over priced on the buy in. Some idiots still pay $50 for a 2k guarantee.

Sorry about last post. They have not removed the 1k guarantees. my setting inside the client wouldn't let me see them.
They are not hitting their guarantees though. I LOVE $5 rebuy/add on tourneys. It was my bread and butter back in the "old days" of online poker. I'm just coming back this fall and global is one of the few options I have. I've played in a few and as long as it hits 100 people, the payouts are bloated and making the money isn't exceptionally hard. Not sure how much they will continue to run multiple versions of this per day. The brawls are nice though.
Replacing short stack tables with all in or fold tables is so trash…
All in or fold PLO is a lot fun, highly recommend! It starts on flop so there's some interestingness compared to preflop + the rake is really low
Looks like lots of traffic sometimes too!
If you’re a degen I can see how it might be fun I guess
degen here, im really enjoying the all in or fold tables at GP! They give me the degn tingles i sometimes crave... parkour!
does anyone know if theres no rake if theres no flop at these all in or fold tables??
I’m not enjoying the new poker layout when playing on a cell phone. It’s tougher to multi table while the phone is horizontal. I hope they change it back.
Regarding the all in or fold games, I like them. Good idea. Lots of fun.

Not sure if it was the software but on an iphone the mobile was so awful until the last update. I heard they are trying to implements a hand indicator into their tabs for multitabling. So you will see your hole card dealt to you on other tables in the tab itself. Sounds awesome and I am actually wondering why this isn't standard online.
I'm surprised it is November and we haven't heard of when California is kicked off the site. I'm personally keeping the bare minimum on here. Just be careful.

Global is struggling right now. Such a shame as I like their blind structures and options for MMTs, and their ring games. I haven't seen any of their guarantees hit in the last few weeks that I play. I really like the site but its turning into a ghost town. Feels like an online home game site. I wonder what the % of California players currently is?
They have removed the 1k guarantees that started at 2:30 and 4 pm
West Virginia and Minnesota out via cease and desist.
Games been dying lately. Way less tables.
California out end of the year at best will be the end of Global.
Maybe I can 4 table WPT Gold at Starbucks. Since I can't even log on to it on my home connection.
I noticed a new "instant" withdrawal option... requested a cashout last night around 11:30, and woke up with it in my account... pretty nice!

This is so sad. We can literally gamble on anything these days besides poker. I just want a site that is stable and will last. Gold has never impressed me yet and it seems super barebones and looking to get a decent cash grab before they are banned. At least Global was been around for a decade. I've just switched to ring games now as the tournaments are so small and weak. Even over the last 2 weeks the nightly schedule is so bare, nothing is hitting guarantees and if it wasn't for 1-2 hour late registration periods they wouldn't even be coming close. I just want to relax for an hour or so each night and play poker. Why is this so hard?
Im not seeing this new cash out option. It takes 3 days for my withdrawal to reach bank.
Updated terms. 12 states and counting. tick tick tick . . .
Anyone else from Massachusetts proactively pulling all their money off of Global with the Sweeps Coin ban bill hearing on Thursday?

Seriously? I didn't know this. That's a major bummer. I am not a fan of Gold right now and that might end up being my last options. Any word on legalization or do we only care about sports betting in MA now?

The bill in question would give MGM Springfield and Encore Boston Harbor the ability to start online gaming sites within the state
