Apparently he is quite capable if he's motivated. He was the commencement speaker at Ole Miss' graduation a year or two ago. I saw a couple of clips and was quite impressed.

You misunderstood my post. I never said Alex Singleton was one of the best LB's in the league. My point in fact was that Alex was not having a great season and this is one of the reasons it was important to get Dre in the lineup. Alex is a great tackler and has been a great addition from Philly. Unfortunately, he is not the same player coming back from injury.

This is 100% percent the result of having a trash strength and conditioning team. Somehow the Niner's have kept the same head guy for 6 years. This team has made some horrific decisions that will cost them their current Super Bowl window.
