Day 6
Paul is up and out early for his correct day 2. He peaked at 900k+, trapped the table nutjob, made a bad fold, and one bad beat AK v A10, but hes still in, 16 left. SEND THE HEAT BOYS, he deserves some run good!
Im up and out around 1.30pm, nice lazy morning, into the 1/2 plo at Aria, 3 hours or so later, and a few decent hands and we are up and out with over 2k profit. One guy to my right with 4k stacking running golden, me and him cleaned up.
Off to rail Paul at Venetian! LFG!!!

First time at the Wynn this trip, my first fresh watermelon juice goes down too well, and I do love this room. Sat in 1/2/5bring in plo game 400.
The action is fast and loose! Im pretty card dead, but slowly chip up
We get value vs the same kid 3 hands within 40mins, and stack is growing! We cash out shortly after to see Paul

I take a slight wrong turn, and arrive 5mins after he busts.
He busts 1010 v AQ in 7th for $3.3k
Im sure he will share some hand histories when hes ready
We celebrate with some food at Palazzo grand lux and a $100 spin in a slot machine...to zero.
Taxi back to Aria, my nightly routine of a few hours PLO before bed, up 600+ already with some good action players

LOL. I was the woman at your Wynncore table! I remember that hand I'm pictured in. Big pot. The winner had an incredible flop and great timing vs. KK.
I couldn't get anything going -- worst run of hands in PLO in a while -- and the floor tilted me when they stealthily moved "Jimmy" to the main game before me. We'll most likely be at Aria Friday night.
Venice10 and I are meeting at Venetian food hall at 5 this evening if you'd like to meet up 😉
Day 7
Ended the session down around $100, played against Adrian Peterson for most of the session direct to my left, no idea who he is, but turns out hes been in trouble with the law and is into his poker, real nice guy at the table, and plenty of action.
Got up late, Pauls done some shopping, and we agree to go to my choice of resturant Peter Lugers at Caesars Palace.
Will let the pictures do the talking, but was a great meal, simple but quality and really hit the spot (bacon and salad starter, both had their steak main, fries side, and fudge sundae)
Just sat in the sportsbook, was going to spin the $100 2pm tournament but 13 runners seems pointless.

Yes that is him, he had a video go viral in a poker room in Texas for fighting, plus some recent issues if you do google.

Day 7 - the halfway point
4.25am, a quick days right up.
Paul chopped the caesers 100 2pm tournament, we did a couple nfl bets, 1 team let us down.
I really hate the 1/3 holdem games, I seem to get shown AA every hand im all in, or some utter crap and lose. KK v A6o pre for 300 (guys first hand) this guy would go on to play 99.3% vpip and go up and down. He was sort of mine and Pauls nemisis
I finally make a few hands and win around 600 in this game, and Paul a small loser.
The hands amazing, i made quads vs KK, and 109 on 9 9 6 Q 5 and win a 1.2k pot vs 68.
The F1 has the strip in chaos, and we find ourselfs walking, flamingo, cromwell and grab a quick in n out. More walking to Horseshoe, i find a set of 4s on 10 4 3 r in single raised pot. Flat flop, turn A. Goes check check, river brick he shoves, i call, he has AA. I get a remark from another player saying "what did you think he had' when i let out my disgust at this run out. 2 hands later, my turn for revenge. My AA raised to 15 in this 1/3, 4 players to A 10 6 r. I check back in cut off. Turn 2. I bet 30, 2 callers before bb makes it 120. Bingo, we got someone! We just call. Both others fold. River J, he does some hollywood, before shoving, we snap call, he had 66. That will do, snap leave the horseshoe, 6+2rake is noticable and game was dying.
We walk the strip and get to aria. I managed just a couple hours, great action game, lose 400 or so, need some sleep, 4am, check out at 11am, off to TI for 2 nights.

Their rake is high because they have a lot of promos. High hands and the 2 Player Appreciation Tournaments (aka "freeroll" that costs ten bucks) every week. You should check your hours there, it only takes 15 hours to qualify. They're held Wednesdays and Sundays.
Day 8 - 2+1 = 3
We are at the halfway point, and Dan is on route. We are checked out of Aria, but waiting for him to land before moving on.
Aria 1/2 plo has my name on it, we get a solid 5+ hours in, i book a nearly 1500 win, and Paul gets close to even after being in for 1100, a nice bomb pot scoopaaa really helped. Can't remember many hands, we also won a juicy bomb pot.
We get the call, Dan is on route, we take a $50 taxi due to surge pricing to TI and meet up! The 3 guys are here!
We get checked in, and shoot some dice before going to Gran Lux at the V for some dinner.

Day 8/9
After dinner we hit some slots and other table games, the Venetian is pumping! We finally decide to do our own thing, i hit the Venetian poker room and jump into a 1/2/5 plo. Get stacked with 2nd set vs crazy drunk guy and his gutshot.
End up grinding back to a small win. Game was good fun.
I get up late, Paul and Dan been everywhere, we meet up arouns 5pm back at TI, me and Dan grind some faceup Pai gow. This is the dream table game to play and earn free drinks. Lots of pushes or small wins/losses.
I take off, and take a walk to Wynn for the race and some poker.
Get seated quick in a 1/3 and even after losing AK v AJ on KK210Q we book a win and move to PLO. Start off on the up 400 or so combined games. This game is full of 3 super rocks, and what seems like some 5/5 players.
Lets see if we can do a win!

Day 9/10
Plo was brutal, one nemisis local playing near 100% vpip kept getting there. 4 top sets with straight or flush draws dont win. In 2k+ pots. The wheels came off for a while, but managed to make a recovery of a small loss on the session, we finished up at 7am, playing short handed vs the nemisis who peaked at 5k, and he slowly bleed it back and I got lucky in one big pot with AKJ10 double vs AAxx on K94.
At peak I was up 5k on the trip now around 1500, so a few k lost to table games at V and TI and 1500 at PLO tables.
Got 5 hours sleep, then a bit of shopping at Macys over the road to TI and im now back in the Aria, all checked in and considering a nap. Paul and Dan went to the Raiders game...

I've just read the whole trip in one sitting - loving the chaos and gambol and energy of one post after another
you guys are doing it really well. how old are you all? I love me some Vegas but couldn't manage two weeks at this pace
I know the Raiders pic was from pre-game but I’m guessing there was still a lot of empty seats once it started as they suck so bad?
Yeah, when they were in Oakland, people came to watch the opponents, not the Raiders. It was the same with the A's. Best time to go to a Raiders game was when they on Monday night. They would literally give away the seats on Monday afternoon to avoid the embarrassment of being blacked out locally.
