I'm not sure it was about a plan for a city at all. It drew on current norms to make that city easy to understand so that the serious topic of the mind/morality could be addressed by analogy.

No reprimand and no warning. The case is closed. They filed it under a he said/she said. I could have proven my innocence easily but I understand how HR works. They just don't want any trouble for the company. My GM talked to HR and was told they didn't believe her. HR said she was inconsistent with what she told them. The girl never brought this up to me or my managers prior to going to HR. In fact, she was called into a meeting with my manager and another manager prior to this for an unrelated event. She was going to get written up. She refused to talk to them unless there was a female present. this is when she went to the HR director.
