Here is an update on my account ban:

ACR has made me withdraw my roll while my account stays shut to this day.
To be fair to ACR, communication channels were re-established swiftly and provided throughout the process. However I never really got the feeling I stood a real chance. While it was confirmed to me the ban was initiated because of an documentation issue it wouldn't stop there and I subsequently did an interview and a live session too. In the end it feels a bit like everything was thrown at the wall just to see what sticks.
The ban was eventually upheld w/o accusing me of anything or any specific reasons given. The only explanation I received was that numerous discrepancies were found during the investigation. And again to be fair to ACR I could have handled the procedure much better. Anyway the only thing I am sure of is that this has nothing to do with game integrity.
Part of me thinks I might have aggravated things in the OP by being sarcastic, but I am posting this not to air dirty laundry but as an genuine attempt to regain access to my account.

RNG is not rigged. I am retired and very rusty, but same person always bets me when I tell them its not rigged. They are 100% sure the games are rigged or that the players are to good these days that nobody can even beat micro levels cause it's all rigged or bots who are not beatable or the rake is to high. It always some excuse. I was bet I can't beat 5nl cash games if I played 5k hands. That nobody can beat it. I don't care about the bet I just want to see if this is true the rng is rigged or these players are world class at micro levels haha. You guys should focus on getting a coach or watching training videos instead of saying everything is rigged. If you complain about teaming or chip dumping that is different. But to say rng is rigged is just not being honest that you are not working enough off the table to becoming better player or you are just running into some rough variance. It always micro level players complaining the game is fixed or players are to good. Nobody else complains about it. And btw that is not even including the rake back.. If you are not winning you need coaching. Poker is the only game where most of the players are to stubborn to get coaching.

I’ve been playing a ton of .05/.10 Blitz the last week and I’m shocked at the almost complete lack of fish in the player pool. Basically 100% of players have solid stats and a VPIP under 27. Are the other Blitz stakes and the regular NL games this dry too?

It doesn't mean they are good players. If they are playing that low they have a lot of holes in their game you can exploit. You guys don't really have to worry about playing unexploitable players until you get around mid stakes. And there is only a handful of players you wouldn't want to play with out of the entire pool. When you have good players at 10nl I wont be winning at over 10bb win rate. I will be around 2 to 3bb. If they get that good that is when poker is dead. Until then games are still good from what I played. If you are average player that doesn't do dumb stuff, you will make a lot of money in online poker even in 2026.

I wonder if you can win at their cash tables over time? I've been playing poker for 17 years, and at this poker room for four years, but I never have winning sessions in the cash section, and there's no way to block the cash table section in the settings. It's like they deliberately don't implement this feature!

I have been playing PLO8 Mtts since forever and I do take a certain pride in doing so!
I'm quite certainly right up there regarding hands played overall. Quite a huge chunk of it has been on ACR itself in modern years but it goes back much further than that. Things actually date back all the way to the astronomer freerolls on Stars if anyone remembers!? Maybe @Money800 still recalls those? Games were even still quite popular in LO8 format in that era. While being nostalgic, what was that line again in your TV commercial Chris? Something like "he still drops by from time to time"? Haha, those were the days...
Btw, though we haven't met except sitting at the virtual tables a handful of times I'd like to ask if there might be the possibility for you to mediate in this quite more serious matter at hand?

Maybe it's not fair addressing you so publicly, though I would appreciate your effort A LOT because I now find myself being pushed out of the door by the game integrity department. I can only speculate as to why because I am not even accused of anything, neither was I given any specific reason. Meanwhile I'm even speculating if there is just a little bit too much pride involved.

Anyway, judging by the questions I was asked during the process it appears game integrity were questioning my documentation and/or believing I was only pretending to be me. Again, all I can do is speculate. Could it be that they thought I was trying to circumvent being from a now banned country? The reality is that I am an expat and my account was certified to my country of residence just last year. Regardless, I have since uploaded a fresh set of documents that are even verifiable on the official gov website, and which were ultimately approved.

However much to my surprise game integrity did not reinstate my account subsequently. Again I am left speculating as for the reasons, were they simply unable to acknowledge their mistake? Fact is they then moved on to other things to see if they can find something else, further questioning me and asking to record a live session. At the end the only explanation I was left with is that numerous discrepancies were found during the investigation, to quote them literally.

To address management directly:
To be fair to you I acknowledge that I haven't handled the process very well for a multitude of reasons, some of which might have even given you the impression to reinforce your doubts. However there is nothing that could not have been communicated without banning my account in first place, let alone doing so in mid-session. And there is nothing that cannot further be communicated to eliminate any doubt you might still have.
This situation is very unfortunate, and please believe me I am disgusted having to address this on a public forum. Having said that, I'd appreciate if we can pick up communication and work out a solution everybody can be happy with.

In case it hasn't transpired, neither have I ever used any account other than the one set up in my own name, nor have I ever let anyone else use it, nor have I ever played from a banned location. More importantly, I have never played with an unfair advantage and always respected the integrity and the spirit of the game, EVERY single hand!

Hi there, could a wpn mod confirm if a player can have two accounts with all the same personal details (different screenname) on two different skins? for example acr and ya poker?
I dont like my acr screenname and have only played on it but i was going through and cleaning old emails and found an old ya poker sign up and username i like more. Could i start playing on that instead or would that be risky? thank you
