lol brother it used to be back in the day pre covid that people at the tables and in the gambling world would be insanely hostile and bully those that made them uncomfortable, killed the vibe, slowed the game down etc even if it was due to a disability out of their control.i think the theory advancements etc have washed a lot of those guys out though that don’t take themselves

Heater in 2026 or downswing in 2025?
~Flatlined for the first 5 months of 2025, and obviously assuming my current 27bb/hr winrate in 2026 will be totally sustainable.
ETA: My recently posted 2025 giraffe in the Winrates thread looks more like a brontosaurus.

After a losing year on clubwptgold in 2025, I fired $100 in on new years eve and have since ran it up to $2500 playing PLO. Pretty comfortable bankroll now to play the $100 (0.25/$0.5/$1 straddle) games with shots at the $.50/$1 deepstack $200 games. Considering when to take a withdrawal before I torch all of it.

maybe set to bb and take a five buy in shot if you have the discipline to go back to that smaller game if it doesn’t go well
could wd a few buyins too first and treat yourself and the wife to a nice steak!
if isildur1 listened to the haters and made a withdrawal would anyone even know who he was?
short stacking ugh. The postflop play is so bad I feel like there's plenty of edge to play deep. Everyone on that site loves calling down with 2 pair and T-high flushes and underboats.
I hear you and that is of course spot on but a lot of that advantage is neutralized in multiway plo compared to other formats for reasons I don’t feel like typing out right now lol
source trust me bro
*I mean it can be true situationally and if you’re a good pro or have that skillset so you’ll have to be honest with yourself on that
Funnily enough I find the games easier at the $100/$200 buy in levels than at the micro $20 or $40 - players in the cheeseburger stakes seem desperately clinging to their single buy in or the end of their bankroll.
There are certain notable exceptions of players who can adjust and apply appropriate pressure.
Has anyone checked on “BigSkip” since his beloved Ole Miss Rebels lost?
Skip is not an Ole Miss alum

Thanks for letting us know, Garick.
Btw, the old forum version doesn't use a favicon anymore. Maybe fix it?
huh?
Yeah Garick, get on that.
What's a favicon in this context, and why should I care? I thought that was just short for "favorite icon" and meant the website's logo.
It's the site logo you see on browser tabs or on your bookmarks.
And why does it matter?
