Today's mood: I always feel cold after chugging a lot of water. The water out of the fridge is about 6degrees c. or 43f.
I checked out the thermic effect of drinking 3800ml of water at 6c. AI estimates 100-130calories are burned getting the water to (body temp) 39c or 98f.

Processed meat is not too good health wise, but at least it has protein. My diet was not intended to be low carb, but that is what it ended up being as there is no room for carbs.

Today's mood: Tired and sore in my lower back and legs. Friend told me that the 75 hard is too easy for you and that I should add stuff.
I am not sure if that is true or not, but the consistency part is NOT easy. I actively have to think and do all the items.
1) Once per week, I do not feel like getting up before sunrise and going outside for 45min-1h.
2) I really miss my coffee. I really miss my Diet coke too.
Pre 75 hard I averaged 28-30 (8oz)cups of coffee per week. 2 cups in the AM and 2 cups decaf in the PM. Now I average 2-3 cups per week.
Diet coke is down to 1-2 cans per week, usually 1/2 can in the evening if I have a craving for sweets. (on the plus side, diet coke tastes super sweet to me now)
If I wanted to fail I would add 5 minutes of cold shower every day. (one of the 75 hard life protocols) Man I hate cold showers.
It does help that I post this blog around 7pm and at that time, I check to see how I am on water, calories, and exercise. If I am missing stuff I still have 5h to work on it.

Today's mood: Tired. Wife made me go watch my son (28y old) play hockey at night. Bed at midnight, but still got up at 6am to exercise.

Trained for speed, reaction time and hand eye coordination; terrible cardio. Probably weighed 115lbs and had 15% body fat.
I was skinny strong. Could probably bench 155 free weights, but free weights wasn't a think back then for 13 year old kids.
Back then, the only place with real plates would have been a Gold's Gym. Only lifted on machines, but
could press some ridiculous amount... like 180-190 one rep max on a machine.
I was 10th out of 10 representing Canada, that went to the Jr. Pan am games in California.
