Supposedly: learn a musical instrument, Learn a new language are top on that list to keep your mind strong. Get a degree is also up there, but not practical. I did go back to University to see if I still had what it takes to get a PhD in Urban Land Economics. This is an Ego/Bucket list item. The prof I spoke to asked me to read a book called Mostly Harmless Econometrics. I have two degrees in Engineering so he thought it would not be tough for me. I got to page 32 and got stuck.

I have no recollection of linear regressions and integrals. I looked at taking a 3rd year Economics course in Econometrics but found the prerequisites to be first year math and Economics. To refresh myself, I then proceeded to retake first year economics and first year math. This was 2024. I got 80% in Economics and 60% in math. Worse than 40 years ago. I then looked into taking that Econometrics class. All classes were full and to actually take the class you had to be in the 'Economics' program.
Urban Land is actually not actually a degree in Economics, but a specialization in Commerce/Business that deals in everything Real Estate, my specialty. I even had a thesis picked out. I wrote about it in the BFI section of 2+2. My city made a zoning change, and I predicted that it was an error in zoning that would result in X... X being a odd/poor outcome. My goal was to track the results and see if X happened. The prof in Urban Land was interested and told me to read MHE and talk to him after. Well less than 1 year later, while I was trying to take the Econometrics course, the city changed the zoning policy again and fixed it so that X would not happen. )

Everything has to do with how much i piss between going to sleep and when I weigh myself in the am between 8-9am.
If I don't finish drinking by 6-7pm and end up having to drink 1-2l late in the evening, I will get up several times in the night, but
still have a lot of water in me when I weigh myself.
Usually I start drinking right after I weigh myself. For the last few days I was out until around 1-2pm helping my son,
and only started drinking my water when I got home.
