The “far left” is more of a referent to how far left people or parties can go within our constitutional framework, whereas the “radical or revolutionary left” is a categorical shift outside the Constitution.
A total rejection of capitalism, along with the insertion of direct democracy, isn’t just the far edge of that spectrum; it’s a different category entirely. So liberals and mainstream Democrats aren’t meaningfully distinct from mainstream Republicans or MAGA in the eyes of the radical left, since they’re all part of the same system his core principles (anti-capitalism, anti-reprentatve republic) are incompatible with.
There is a difference between lying to save your ass when you get in trouble, like virtually all politicians do, and having a mindset that just has no respect for reality in general and is just overruling reality continually according to one's whims, this as a fundamental way of being in the world.
