after that, they ask for a separate tip for the driver

wtf is the tip and delivery fee for?

tip is for the staff who prepared your food, not the driver
delivery fee is because they can do it, you want the food don't you?

I do use kindle sometimes at is pretty convenient. Reading a book on a screen vs reading a book is like watching porn vs. having sex.

I’m a 30 novel a year reader, have tried to switch to kindle several times but have never finished a book on one.

I also travel with someone that reads 2-3 books per week. I'm too cheap to take an extra bag for books.

I think my issue is that you need good lighting for a book. I can read my phone/tablet anywhere, anytime. My wife can be snoozing and I'm finishing that "last chapter".

Also reading a book is more constraining. Generally in a chair or sitting up in bed. Where I can read stuff on a phone on my side curled up under the covers.
