As with the end of Trump’s first term, someone is going to have to clean up his mess. Going by polling and special election results voters don’t seem to be in the mood to just accept trump level incompetence as unavoidable.
In this moment I’m embracing our reality. This is how I live my life. I don’t wallow in my misery like many people here. I embrace the good and bad and make the best of it. I get all the negatives of Trump. He can be cringy. He can be a jerk. I enjoy how he trolls the libs. I love his America first policies. Nah I’m fairly optimistic. Rebuilding after Trump’s failure will be a big opportunity. Of course it helps that I’m not a trump rural struggling to buy food and gas. But we can at least get back to where we were a decade ago when people realize Trump/Hegseth/Vance types are just too stupid to be successful and culture war BS is not a good reason to give somone an important job.

I hope all Presidents do a great job and do great things for our county. I realize a Democratic President will reopen the borders which I don’t like. He will weaken our military which is not good. It won’t be America first anymore. That being said, he can still be a great leader. I don’t automatically not support him. I don’t throw temper tantrums like liberals do. I give him a chance to succeed. I was actually excited to see what Obama could do but then quickly dissapointed.
