The Rep has replied that your query has been passed to support, that is where the Reps role ends. Think of them as a go between.
From my experience support will contact you directly when they have looked into it and found whatever the cause is.
Tip: Ensure the e-mail linked to your account is one currently used by you and check your notification settings on your account to make sure e-mail is ticked.

Out of curiosity have you had a bonus of $5 credited at any point? I am sure they will contact you soon but ensure your contact details in the app are up to date and notifications through e-mail is ticked. Also check your spam folder as some inboxes move it there. Hope it gets resolved for you. GL

I hope 888 does something about this at some point. Incredibly predatory behaviour that should never be allowed.
Imagine you are a recreational sitting down and within 2 seconds the whole table "suddenly" decides they want to play now.
Also I don't understand why there are ever more then 2 tables for a stake where no cards are being dealt.
The table cap makes it impossible to add yourself to the waiting list for games that would actually continue. So it kills traffic as well.
All issues that could so easily be resolved...

It's 1 part of the issue. Second is worse: when recreational is at the table and goes to smoke or WC, half of the table instantly sit out as well. When recreational is back - they sits in back.
Why at least do not start to send warnings? - i don't get it.

I`m doing everything the supports says and even had received many times emails confirming that
I sent the documents properly and that they were able to confirm both my identity and my adress but
I`m still not validated in the app nor able to do an withdrawl for example. I`ve tried to contact with some customer but
never had success. The app function does not works.

I am located in Kyiv, Ukraine. I can't register for 888 because... you are blocking my Internet provider Dianet. Several of my friends play from Kyiv, but they have a different Internet provider. When using the mobile Internet, I am given access to registration. But I almost always use my home Internet, and before registering and making a deposit, I wanted to be able to play safely from my Internet. I contacted my ISP, they told me that the problem is on your side, they do not block access. Please unblock access to the poker room when using the Internet from the Dianet provider in Kyiv.
I attach all the technical details about my IP address and IP addresses of the ISP in the form of screenshots.
