I am writing this to express my deep frustration regarding a withdrawal request that has been stuck for over 40 days now.

I currently have a balance of ~$5,000 in my account, and despite following all the standard procedures, the funds have not been released. I have tried reaching out to support multiple times, but I haven't received a clear explanation or a timeline for when I will receive my money.

40 days is well beyond the acceptable processing time for any reputable poker site. It is very concerning to have such a significant amount of money held up without proper communication.

If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution or if my funds are not successfully released and transferred to me by the end of this month (May 31, 2026), I will gather all the necessary evidence and immediately file an official dispute, reporting this matter to the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner for unfair business practices and withholding customer funds.

I expect a prompt response and a definitive solution to resolve this issue immediately.

I was blocked for the same reason 21.08.2025. I fighted in August 25 1 month with them, they didnt give me any evidence, just saying the same as to you !!! AI. I used Pokertracker 4 and Intuitive tables only.

I came here in April 2026 and still after 2 months no solution. Your account is ****ed and your money too. I contacted the comission and 888 had 7 days to provide information, which they have to per law. The last 24h are running now. They have to react as the comission told me they have to provide the exact reason with some evidence.

You need to contact the gambling comission. I promise you you waste your time with talking to them. Make a complaint directly!!!

Accept my friendship that we can write in private, we are the only 2 persons blocked for that exact reason, the potential use of AI. And to be honest i remembered you as a strong player with creative lines, so thumbs up from me.

You really need to find it out. I think its somewhere in your account. When you accept it i can send you a message (and you to me).

If you write 888 directly, they will ALWAYS tell you that there decicion is final and forever. They said this like 10 times to me. They dont tell you more or give you evidence.

Hi. I feel for you. I had a similar situation two months ago, but they blocked me for using auto-sitting software.
After about a month, the account was unlocked. In my experience, the most effective way to contact support is through Reddit.
We played together at the tables a lot, and I didn't notice anything suspicious. It really seems like 888 doesn't want regulars who are winning.

Same story again. Millions of side software. For what ? All knows that 888 does not like side software nowadays.

Hand2note / poker tracker that's ok ofc. Why you need additional software for bet sizings, additional software for table stacking ? Why ? Are people disabled or what ?

Maybe people also need a software to custom color of the poker table ? ��

888 client have 4 custom size buttons. 4 for postlop, 4 for preflop. You need 10 ? Or it's so hard to scroll a wheel on your mouse for 2 seconds to put the sizing you need ?

Why people need software to stack 6 tables ? It's so hard to CLICK 1 time on "tile" or "stack" button ?

It gives you a big edge, or what ?

people who use this programms use them for years. back then the software didnt have hotkeys etc.

I always said normally i wouldnt need Intuitive Tables anymore, but this is a multitool, so you can configure it for all sites.

If you play on different sites, you will always have this program on your PC, its allowed on EVERY site, also on 888!!!

It is good for table Positioning (i remember back then it was the biggest adavantage for me

I have no extra buttons or something with the programm, so dont think i (or we) use other buttons than you.

Why are you on the site of the room? The are telling us to use AI, that has nothing to do with the help programs we use.

Basicly they tell us we have something other running for us and we know that isnt true. they dont give us evidence, and we cant proove it.

For all others: 888 had time to respond to me and they didnt again, after i send everything to the Gambling Comission. I am waiting now for a response by them: 888 BTW told me 5.5 they have cashed out the money and now i still dont have the money.

They already answered u here multiple times and told u their decision stands. U have no real "case", they are convinced u did something agaist their TOS and its very likely that this is indeed true. At least me personally i trust way more in a sites security then i would believe a random, raging "i didn do nuffin"-guy on the interwebs.

He played there with me and now they banned him also for the same reason like me, without any explanation. And there is a third player (on reddit) which i dont know, with the same issue.

We are real people. On the other side there are Botrings now, which can operate 2 months until something happens.
So in which security system do you believe?

Since i am banned i am back on Pokerstars. I never formated my Computer, so everything is still the same. I have no fear that something is on my Computer. I never had problems on Pokerstars.

So please don´t talk like that, when you have no idea whats going on. You are safe, as long as you don´t win money, but maybe you will someday and then you will always fear that the same can happen to you.

All others are the people who care about their money and safety. For sure i will not take a laywer for that. I will never play again on 888. So i already know the chance is small to get my account reopended.

But the more important question for all others is: Will i get the money, or can they take it and hold it without giving a reason. Maybe you have seen they write "potencial use". They don´t write this without purpose. They write it because they dont have something, but they assume there is something.

If this is over, i will never come back to 2+2 again. So dont worry. I will just inform everyone. This will be interesting for every Winning Player Regular, then this site is very unsfafe!

I started communicating with him with the same scepticism that you have, mainly because it has turned out in many previous cases reported here that the site was correct, and so that mindset has developed.

Obviously, I can't see what other software he has on his computer, but there is no need for him to use, or even to have, any AI programs, and, from getting to know him quite well over our many conversations about many different things, I have no reason to think he is lying to me when he swears to me that he has nothing at all that is regarded as being untoward.

Unfortunately, 888poker will not tell him, or anyone, what the exact reasons are for banning them, and therefore this makes it extremely hard for an innocent player to defend themselves. In his case, the relatively small amount confiscated has become a matter of principle to him, because he knows he's done nothing that can be said to be wrong. Personally, I doubt that he will want to play at 888poker again, as long as they admit to him they did make an unfortunate mistake in his case.

It isn't about what I think they can/can't do, simply explaining it is standard language, same happens with news readers when they use the term "alleged".

I've deposited both through luxonpay and luxon card in order to unlock the withdraw with these options too but nothing happening.
