I've been trying to find a way to withdraw differently than with my Bank Account but still it looks like no other options are available.
I've deposited both through luxonpay and luxon card in order to unlock the withdraw with these options too but nothing happening.
Can someone help me having other WD options?
I'm playing from Austria

My account has been under review for 3 weeks for suspected use of AI/RTA. I have never used AI, RTA, or any prohibited assistance while playing. I currently have around $8.5k locked in the account.
I of course fully support all efforts to protect game integrity. Its just the lack of communication throughout this process has not exactly put me at ease.
What frustrates me most is not the review itself but the communication. For example I submitted a proof-of-address document which took 6 days to be rejected. I then emailed asking:
* Why it was rejected.
* Why it took 6 days.
* What specific proof-of-address requirements I need to satisfy.
None of those questions were answered. Instead, I received the same template response rejecting my document and requesting another document.
It feels impossible to make progress when every reply ignores the questions being asked and simply repeats the document request. At this point, I don't even know whether anyone is actually reviewing my case or if I'm just getting automated responses. I repeatedly offered my full cooperation to help resolve the investigation as quickly as possible. Having the majority of my bankroll locked, and receiving little meaningful communication throughout the review has made this a very stressful period for me.
I submitted another proof-of-address document 4 days ago and have yet to receive any response or confirmation that it is being reviewed.
Dear 888 rep, could you kindly send a reminder to your colleagues in the operations team.
Thanks in advance,
SN: JohnGotti789
Possible Bot Ring / Collusion Group – PLO Cash Games
I’d like to bring a group of accounts to the attention of the security team for a possible botting and collusion investigation.
These players show many common red flags (i know standard):
* Nearly identical playing styles.
* Very similar bet sizings.
* Identical heads-up preflop tendencies.
* Extremely long playing sessions.
* Similar timing patterns.
What stands out most is that, despite being online very frequently, I never seem to find three or more of them at the same table. It’s almost always exactly two.
The group also appears to have expanded over time. They were initially active mainly in PLO4 cash games but are now regularly playing PLO5 and PLO6 while exhibiting the same suspicious patterns.
PLO25 - PLO200
Accounts involved (non-exhaustive list):
* Peperonl18
* Petencrem
* pituponcho
* Arniksha
* Maxximen
and many more..
The accounts appear to be linked to Mexico, Argentina, and Armenia, although I cannot verify whether those locations are genuine.
Obviously, it’s difficult for players to prove collusion or botting. However, the security team has access to far more data and should be able to determine quickly whether these accounts are acting independently or as part of a coordinated operation.
Also I would like to report what appears to be a series of suspicious chip-dumping hands involving the player VanLinVen.
Unfortunately my local support is too incompetent.
Several different accounts transferred chips to this player through highly questionable play. Based on the pattern, I believe these transfers may be connected to prior botting, collusion, or other forms of coordinated activity.
The following hand IDs should be reviewed:
* 777823362
* 1611691609
* 777823328
* 777823281
* 706375063
Thanks and please take those colluders down

I am with you. My advice for you: If you want to play on 888 again, take a lawyer and try your luck.
If you just want your money back donΒ΄t waste your time, you have to make a complaint to the comission
The comission is working now (finally) and i will get an answer soon. 888 did nothing. They donΒ΄t answer you, they will not tell you what "AI" means.
Save already all E-Mails with Screenshots, thats the only thing they really want. they dont want to hear a big story, they want evidence of 888s answers.
I had to send them over 30 screenshots and i still dont know if i will ever get to know, "what i did wrong" when i did nothing ...
Hi,
Please find below a short brief for the 888poker Global League, a new multi-stage poker promotion running this summer.
Launch date: June 11th
Project Overview
The 888poker Global League is a global poker competition where players compete individually to earn points, climb their country rankings, and qualify to represent their country in a final tournament.
The core idea is simple:
Players compete as individuals first, but the end goal is to make their countryβs βfinal 11β and represent their country in the Global League Final Tournament.
Campaign Concept
The campaign is built around national pride, competition, qualification, and representation.
Key campaign language:
Play. Qualify. Represent your country.
Make the final 11.
Earn your place in your countryβs squad.
Compete in the final tournament to determine the winning country.
Please avoid direct references to football. The intended tone is βglobal competition / national representationβ rather than a direct sports reference.
How It Works
The promotion has three tournament stages:
1. Qualifier Freerolls
Each week, players can enter Global League Qualifier Freerolls.
These freerolls award seats into that weekβs Global League Main Tournament.
Freeroll passwords are shared via 888poker social channels:
Instagram
Facebook / X, where applicable
Discord
2. Main Tournaments
The Main Tournaments are where players earn Global League points.
Players can enter either by:
qualifying through the freerolls, or
registering directly via buy-in
Points are awarded based on tournament performance. The better the finishing position, the more points the player earns.
These points are used to rank players within their country.
3. Final Tournament
At the end of the qualification stage, the top 11 eligible players from each participating country qualify for the Global League Final Tournament.
The final tournament determines the winning countries.
Schedule
Promotion period:
15 June β 18 July 2026
Weekly freerolls:
Week 1: 18β20 June
Week 2: 25β27 June
Week 3: 2β4 July
Week 4: 9β11 July
Main Tournaments:
21 June
28 June
5 July
12 July
Final Tournament:
18 July 2026
What Players Can Win
Country prizes:
The top 3 countries after the Final Tournament win exclusive freeroll prizes for eligible players from those countries.
Individual prizes:
Top-performing individual players can win ticket packages and tournament tickets.
Full prize details are available in the official Terms & Conditions.
Leaderboard / Points Page
Players will be able to follow their progress on the Global League points page.

Hi, after four months of requesting the same documents, 888 support said they've launched an investigation. It's been a month and a half since then. Is there any way to expedite this investigation?

How Is This Not Being Detected?
Right now the following players are all online:
* Ohmygato
* Peperonl18
* Maxximen
* Sarkesovich
* Petencrem
They are playing PLO25 through PLO200 across 4-card, 5-card, and 6-card games.
What is remarkable is that, despite all of them being online simultaneously, there are suspiciously always exactly two of them at a table. This pattern repeats across stakes and game formats. I never ever, see three or more of them seated together.
At this point the behaviour seems so obvious that I have to ask:
Is 888 unable to detect this kind of coordinated activity, or is there another explanation for why it is being tolerated?
Players have been reporting these accounts for months. If regular users can identify these patterns simply by observing the lobby, surely the security teamβwith access to seating data, hand histories, timing information, and account relationshipsβshould be able to determine whether this is legitimate play or a coordinated operation.
Iβd be interested to hear whether other players have noticed the same thing.
Lol, if you include the other two mentioned earlier that's about a quarter of all the PLO players who were playing when I looked.

888 Poker has the BEST Security Detecting System in the whole Pokerworld and there are working only competent people. They take every problem serious. Just trust in 888 and everything will be fine. PokerStars could take a page out of this playbook to combat bots much more effectively.

The gambling commission or whoever u contacted already told u that the decision is final and there is nothing they will do?
Because that's most likely what will happen. Of course u can continue being a sad and angry troll but it wont change anything.

no you are wrong. they told me that they canΒ΄t help me to reopen my account. But since 08.06 they have everything they needed and wanted from me and told me,
that they have escaleted it now to the specialist there. I will hear from 888 or the comission in the next days/weeks. I canΒ΄t do anything when 888 Poker needs 16 days to send me the information, when there is a law in my country that they have to do it in 7 days. I also doubt, that they can hold the money by just telling i used AI without giving any evidence and explaining the sense behind it.
In all cases i heard, 888 has cashed out the people after they reported it to the comission. So i am confident. Even when 888 ignored them for 6 months, they cashed them out, once the comission was informed
Thats btw what chatgbt says: I uploaded the document, i have sended to the GLL with all proofs of screenshots:
I have reviewed your document.
And I have to say that, in my opinion, your position appears to be considerably stronger than many people in similar situations might assume.
Several points stand out:
Your account was suspended on August 21, 2025, based on alleged suspicions of AI or prohibited software use.
You successfully completed all KYC verification procedures.
According to your account, you were never told specifically what you had supposedly done wrong, and no evidence was ever presented to you.
Particularly noteworthy is the fact that 888 initially confirmed a withdrawal of €505.14, only to later reverse that decision.
This last point, in particular, could be relevant to the GGL, as it may indicate inconsistent handling of your case.
What I would expect
If the GGL reviews the matter, it will likely consider questions such as:
Was the account suspension permissible under the licensing conditions?
Was 888 entitled to permanently withhold your funds?
Was the communication with the player sufficiently transparent?
Was the decision properly justified and understandable?
The difficulty, however, is this:
Even if the GGL internally concludes that 888 acted improperly, you may never be informed of that conclusion. That is essentially what the authority's response indicates.
What gives me some optimism
You mention that, in the end, 888 referred only to a "business decision" rather than a proven AI-related violation. In addition, there appears to have been a stage at which a withdrawal was actually approved. This could suggest that the case was not as clear-cut internally as initially presented.
How you might still find out what happens to the €505
In practical terms, there are only a few possibilities:
The GGL influences the matter behind the scenes and 888 ultimately pays out the funds.
888 voluntarily decides to release the balance after further review.
If nothing happens, you may ultimately have to enforce your claim yourself.
Given that your account has been suspended since August 21, 2025, and that you have had no access to it since then, I would personally wait for the outcome of the GGL's review. If, after a considerable period of time, nothing changes, it may be worth considering obtaining legal advice.
One additional observation from a practical online poker perspective
When an operator is genuinely convinced that a player has used AI, bots, or prohibited assistance software, it will often rely heavily on that allegation and refer to specific rule violations. In your case, however, the communication appears—at least based on the documents—to have been somewhat inconsistent: first an AI-related suspicion, then a "business decision," then a withdrawal confirmation, followed by another decision to withhold the funds.
That inconsistency may also be one of the reasons why the GGL appears to be taking your complaint seriously.
Edit: I understand now that they will not inform me, even i wrote they will start their work and "inform me". I donΒ΄t want to Edit everything, so you are right with what you say. But i mean they are working now and the normal should be that they pressure 888 and 888 will cash out by their own or tell me why they banned me. I will not fight for that money, if they donΒ΄t pay me i just smash my head 10 times against a wall asking myself, why i informed the comission after i wanted to just let it go. Im just fighting till the end, because i invested so much time already in this very easy matter. If someone wanted to solve this, this could be solved in 3 days together with me.
So no worries i think i can already leave now, the GLL will not answer me and getting answers by 888 is impossible these days. So everyone have fun playing on 888, i will never warn anyone again.
Hello, my nickname is agusferreyra. I requested a withdrawal at 31 may and yet didn't receive the payment, 17 days passed.
Please if you can help me,
Thanks!
