President Donald Trump

I assume it's still acceptable to have a Trump thread in a Politics forum?

So this is an obvious lie - basically aimed at

"The climate changes therefore the climate changes I don't like do not happen" is certainly an interesting take.

It certainly would be an interesting take if that was what I said or implied.

Global Warming seemed like a real thing and supposedly is still going on as we speak. "Global Warming" seemed to be an excellent term to describe global warming, don't you think? But for some reason was replaced by the nebulous "Climate Change."

30' with twin 250s.

Where I am you have to go 35 miles just to get to 100' deep water.

Big Bend area of Florida? Sounds like my days off Apalachicola. 34' Intrepid CC w/Mercury twins.

I was shocked to learn that the bay of Tampa averages 10-12 feet. Our old 2 acre lake in Ohio was deeper.

Yeah, if you don't know your way around you can ground your boat easily. Happens all the time.

What's your point? You said you buy 30-40 gallons of gas a week and your commute is 10 miles each way - that's 20 miles which is about 1 gallon of gas maybe a little less. Your math makes no sense unless outside of your commute you drive 600 miles a week? Are you that dense?

I will simplify it for you. I/we drive around 500 miles a week., 24k a year. I have a 20 gallon tank on my truck that I fill 1.5-2.0 times a week. The lake house, horse barn, docks, gym and casino burn up my gas. I get 20 mpg in the city, 27 mpg on the freeway if not hauling a horse or boat trailer.

So the math is 30-40 gallons a week at 1.00-1.50 more per gallon, which exceeds footlovers 15.00 a week by a significant amount.

Everyone: inflation is way too high
Rubes: bEloW bIdEn’S pEaK TDS TDS TDS
Trump: honestly I’m surprised inflation isn’t even higher

Juan: there’s no inflation you economic illiterates, I BET THE MARKETS I AM VERY SMART

What's with the lies? Not sure if it's stupidity or dishonesty. There is no inflation above pre-war baseline outside of fuel yet. This is what i said and it is true.

My claim: The average extra cost is $15.00 per week for fuel based on statistics on average fuel consumption per week

Your claim: You get 20mpg, drive 500 miles per week (2x average already), but somehow have to fill up 30-40 gallons per week (that ain't 20mpg, sir!), so at 2x average distance plus horrible fuel efficiency, you pay 3x what I said the average pays.

You basically proved my point.

That just my vehicle, one of many, in my household and is certainly antidotal but if you can find me a truck with substantially better mpg, let me know.

Still no response to #74060, providing us video evidence of your perceived Trump genius?

On geological timescales, the dominant result from increased CO2 in the earth's atmosphere will be substantially higher temperatures. On human time scales, the slight increase in temperature will be less noticeable and far leaa destructive than how these small increases effect flooding, storms, droughts etc

Correct.

I haven't personally examined the evidence and have no vested interest in being a Global Warming denier.

Global warming is a euphemism for overpopulation. Gaia theory suggests that, if a species becomes over-predominant, then, due to over-consumption of resources and destabilisation of the ecosphere, Earth will simply correct the situation by eliminating that species, or rather, we will eliminate ourselves. The Earth, of course, will still be here long after we've gone, although one day it won't.

No it’s not. Plenty of models accommodate even higher population levels than what we currently have with different consumption patterns.

Can you provide any video evidence in which you believe Trump is exhibiting his high level genius?

High level genius is shown by actions and results, not words. I'm not even sure you could find a video of most actual geniuses showing they're a genius just by speaking.

I listed why he is obviously a genius. Difficult accomplishments establish it. If words and sophisticated intellectual constructs mattered, sociologists would run the world rather than be the gutter rats they are.

There are plenty of videos showing the man behind the public face, but he's very guarded. Here's an older one showing a deep understanding of the realities of politics and the world at a young age, as well as his philosophy

Here's Trump warning about the dangers of Germany becoming dependent on Russian energy to ridiculing laughter from "intelligent" German diplomats (German stupidity in this regard was a required precursor for Putin's calculus on the Ukraine war and brought us all closer to world war; if only they had a Trump in Germany, there would have been no Ukraine war). That's some real foresight. But you could argue that's a prepared speech.

The escalator announcement was a masterstroke in PR. If you don't see genius there, your soul is lost to the fires of apathy.

I've heard a number of critiques of Sociology as an academic discipline, but I'm positive I've never heard of sociologists referred to as "gutter rats" before.

I hope that foot lover guy is getting paid well.

what is this i dont even

When the ballbusting fetish guy asks for proof Trump is a genius, he posts a long interview where Trump still sounds like a retaaded bullshitter. Sounds about right.

Geezy hearing Trump derp off in the video has him reflexively looking for a ballot to vote Trump like Pavlov's dogs salivating when hearing a bell.

I never quoted Trump from those videos. I was quoting pokerandfootlover's opinion, NOT from the Trump videos.

What's up? I figured you didn't watch the Trump video because you've got that chit better memorized than John 3:16.

What in Sam Hill are you babbling about now?

That is, what specifically do I have memorized better than John 3:16?

(I must confess that I'm being a bit disingenuous, given that I have no reasonable expectation that you will respond to me in an intelligent manner.)

Trump's bullshit. Otherwise, how can you possibly defend having voted for him three times if you weren't propagandized?
