Kerry has been charged with Ann Widdecombe's murder and will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court tomorrow.

Keep your friends close but your enemies closer.

John Healey an incredibly astute pick. Having someone with an actual economics background rather than a middle-manager in a HR department in a bank immediately raises the competence of the government, and he is clearly a man of principles and integrity will will look after the armed forces.

The rest are whatever, aside from Haigh and Rayner who are the polar opposite of Healey and easy pickings for the opposition.

Usual early morning misogynist rant from Elracist, fuming that he wakes up alone every morning.

Haigh's and Healey's backgrounds are very similar - private education and degrees in political subjects, not economics.

Just on Burnham's ability to speak at a lectern without notes. First time I have seen that in any PM since Malcolm Turnbull. Obviously listening to him he has absolutely nowhere near the same charisma as Turnbull had but seems like he will be better than Starmer

Jfc Ann Widdecombe was hit 21 times with a hammer.

Well thank **** for that.

And he allegedly stole her wallet while he was at it. Trial expected at the Bailey next June.

Also is it me or is this a bit odd?

Court drawing

Is it that the guy changed his appearance since a possibly old photo, or that the court artist simply isn't very good? But they don't really look alike. Just a bit strange

They haven't decided about a terrorist motive (haven't finished going over his devices and anything else found at his home, probably), but they do say it was a 'targeted' attack, not personal or spontaneous. He appears to have been a Your Party sympathiser, which might be relevant.

The photo is old and he's had his hair cut and beard trimmed.

According to some reports he also had newspaper clippings and pictures of Farage around his gaff. I wonder was he potentially going to try kill him.

Thanks for clarifying, this is what I was wondering also.
