He foolishly posts to social media:

He later claims he didn't know using GTO wizard while playing was against the rules.

no respect for pads because he gave an objective review of a guy you don’t like?

Before giving the "objective review" he already posted a supportive comment, showing he was biased before even conducting the review. The normal reaction would be to call for a ban. Its not sustainable to review every single person who is found to run RTA while playing. Just ban anyone who is found to breach the TOS.

Also his review doesnt prove anything at all. No one who would use RTA would be sitting there using it for every single decision. They would cherry pick situations to use it which would lead to tons of "errors" in any review. He still broke the TOS and should be banned. Tough luck if he actually just screwed up - there are other sites to play on as well as live. According to himself he doesnt play online anyway (lol).

not just that, before the investigation had even started they seemed to already imply they were going to find him innocent

This.

This review is worth nada. What happens to a normal player who is found to use RTA programs while playing? Snap ban, there wont be a thorough review by pads to find out what % of errors you are making as some kind of viable defense. ACR need to be consistent and ban him.

Patrick leonard, one of the best online mtt players sayed a couple of day ago this reality, literally stated on the podcast Solve for why "I would say the previus years to anyone that put the effort and study to get better at poker and try to make a living, that is possible to do it" this year i think is really impossible to anyone to do it, maybe the 0.01% that runs hot would make it"

See? My boy Nacho did nothing wrong...

Clearly you don’t know what objective means.

Im confused. Didnt pads say he cant understand people not cheating? But then he says Nacho is not cheating?

That's exactly what happened. Pads is a joke. He's been a joke from the moment he decided to get involved.

Its been pretty clear for a long time that Pads, while undeniably a great player, is not consistent with his comments and will look very differently on what his friends do and what non friends do. Just look at the difference in his comments regarding Ali and Jake, and Nacho. Hes also a stable owner which says quite a bit about him - extremely low percentage chance that his business isnt involved with ghosting, hand sharing, soft colluding etc like all stables.

Ugh this is all disgusting and if he isn't banned then any chance all of them are cheating drops to nil.

There's no question, he's not viable to the success of your business but not banning him could be a detriment. It's a ban

After Pads defended Nacho I have no respect for the guy any more.

I'm with you on that one. As I stated in a previous post of mine in this thread, I had always thought highly of pads prior to this, but the Nacho incident completely changed my opinion.

Poker players (especially when you're at an elite level such as pads) are very predatory and have the mindset of acquiring every last penny in EV. This whole investigation stunt proves to me that pads prioritizes the moneyz ahead of some stupid **** like game integrity & rules that only apply to the regular idiot sheep fish.

Yeah the result of this so-called investigation was painfully obvious to me. An ACR affiliate conducting an investigation on another ACR affiliate for an incident that happened on ACR. Warra surprise that he was deemed innocent!

TBF I also said that I think that in this particular scenario it's more likely that no cheating occured, however you cannot get away with breaking the TOU for the site that sponsors you. Once that happened ACR had to choose between keeping Nacho as an affiliate or make a statement that game integrity is something they value. Clearly they do not, so they chose to do the former. A fair conclusion I think would be that ACR are a bunch of piece of **** twats and playing on their site means that one cannot rely on a fair game.

I wrote this blog post trying to collect information and connect the dots from multiple sources, I hope it's a fair and helpful analysis of the situation, but if there's anything wrong or missing I'd appreciate the input and edit the post. Thanks!

Lol. Look who is writing about cheating.

Donkhunter.com are the worst affiliate I ever worked with! I hand an account with 7k euros with them, they were unable to withdraw money for months. At the end of this process I just received around 1.5k, leveling me 6k in the hole.
I also know other players that had same experience with them.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM ! ! !

Have we mined some more gold here?

maybe Haizemberg should start his own thread

This thread will probably go quiet for a while until they hammer someone for the same offence and the player sees this story and thinks "How did he get away". ACR have made their bed and time will tell how comfortably they sleep.

ACR made their bed years and years ago. There has always been cheating and collusion going on there. Genuinely never understood why people keep going back to ACR.

Lack of options in most states.

Not surprising. No one should trust a goofball who calls himself Nacho.

Fwiw Pads isnt an ACR affiliate.

he's an nacho affiliate

Haven't been following this too much, but here's my personal thoughts:

tbh it doesn't matter if he cheated or not, it simply looks bad.

Just having GTO wizard open while playing and in the background, EVEN if he didn't cheat, looks bad, and should not be allowed.

If ACR decide not to bad him, then ACR is basically saying "sure keep GTO wizard and other solvers/study tools open while grinding, we aren't going to check if you decide to use them or not in game" inviting more "mistakes" of these types to be made, ultimately inviting more cheaters.

They should hard enforce no RTA use, and no tools such as GTO solvers or GTO libraries while their site is open. If someone gets caught "innocently" having it open, especially in such a public setting, it should warrant an immediate ban, no debate here IMHO. Allowing Nacho to stay as an ambassador for ACR and not get banned, is a really bad look for the site and just encourages tons of people to cheat on that site. Whether or not Nacho wanted to cheat or not, doesn't matter, he made a very stupid mistake by showing he had GTO Wizard open in the background on a public platform, and that warrants a ban. It's up to ACR now to show their players and the online poker world, that they care about game integrity and do what's right by taking away his sponsorship and banning him.

So an obvious cheater isnt banned because hes buddy Buddy with the right people. Standard but worrying. One would obviously be wary of playing on that site.

lmao on GTOw fair play page

tldr you can cheat if you're a goofball, whatever that means.

The portion I saw him highlight in his video was indicative of a person studying a spot. Have heard some interesting things about him though. I think it's in this thread, maybe it was a YT comment, where he defended another known cheater that had been proven.

This is exactly how it will play out. I can't see them banning him after their statement.
