General TV Discussion and Thread for Shows Without A Thread Thread

OOTV doesnt like family comedies much huh? Raising Hope and The Middle are two of the best(possibly the best outside of NBC)comedies on tv yet no threads.

Just an observation.

Finished Reservation Dogs. Top ten show of all times

What was your favorite episode?

Been watching Pantheon on Netflix

The first 2 episodes were some of the best TV I've seen in a while. Some pretty heavy stuff though.

5 episodes in its still going strong, though has hit some luls here and there

Solid series. Season 1 was a better overall experience but I thought they did a pretty good job with season 2 considering its a hard subject to scale

The finale of season 2

Missed it when it was on but enjoying UNDER THE BRIDGE on Hulu. Riley Keogh and Lily Blackstone star. Apparently loosely based on real events.

About girls bullying another. Pretty brutal watch at times but thus far I'm digging it

TW: bullying

Just finished Irma Vep also. Good time

watching s1 of night agent now - seems pretty decent light popcorn filler

Ya it's garbage but easy watch.

TW: bullying

yes though that seems mild as a descriptor

Feels like not a lot of GREAT stuff on right now. Some GOOD stuff.

Two eps into American Primeval and it’s just all violence all the time

Diplomat s2 was ok. I felt it got better as the season went along.

Hmm looks like I need to keep going with season 2 of SAS. First couple of episodes bored me, but seems like the last 3 are great (based on score).

I think this season is great. It's pretty easy to see that Steven Knight wrote the series as the parallels to Peaky Blinders are fairly evident in terms of the character development.

I really enjoy the show.

Decided to check out The Pitt after seeing some of the comments here. Excellent show. I only wish I found out about it a couple months later so I could binge the whole season instead of waiting for more episodes.

I'm pretty meh on hospital dramas but maybe I need to drop in on this one

A few observations: Season 2 of "Bookie" is a big step up from season 1 IMHO...American Primeval was OK...The latest documentary on OJ Simpson butchering 2 people is actually really good. I was expecting a retread of the same stuff I already knew but there is some new (to me) info and new interviews with some of the main characters.

Bookie is just silliness after silliness. It's mildly entertaining though and short episodes.

Watched some of the new OJ, it's good.

Max has ER, which I’ve been watching ever since it popped up after the Pitt last week. It’s just so so good. Amazing it’s 30 years old. I remember some of the broader story lines but not any of the episodes.

Is Pennyworth worth a watch? I watched E1 and thought it was good. I generally can't stand comic book shows but I like the background on this show...at least as much as one can through 1 ep

Feel the exact same way, but The Pitt is damn good.

IIRC, when it started I thought it was pretty good for a season or two, then got off the rails.

I heard it was really good, but got cancelled on a cliffhanger, so no thank you.

watched a little bit, too much open blood and drama for my taste (literally), had to block the screen way too often bc i couldnt watch it
