FYI,

To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:

Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

If any of these details are missing or unclear, the document may not pass our verification standards. We recommend double-checking these criteria before resubmitting.

Another week passed, I haven't recieve any replies since then. The last reply was on Dec 18 which said "the address on your document did not match the details registered on your account

and also the proof of address you sent has no postal code."

Let's go over my verification process again:

At your system, you could see I have sent so many documents so many time, whether originial in english, original in chinese or translated in english. All of the documents are with same name

and same address. However, neither of them passed the verification. Even though one of my documents doesn't have a postal code, shouldn't the consistency of information across multiple

documents be sufficient proof of my address and identity?

I've spent a significant amount of time and effort to get an official English bank statement from a major bank, understanding that it's not always easy to accommodate individual requests.

However, to reject it simply because the address doesn't have a postal code is absurd. Postal codes are publicly available information and can easily be found with a simple Google search with

specific address.

Right now, I give up with the bank statement original issued in english just because I could go back to the bank and ask them to add the postal code. I am NOT the boss of the bank.

Since you rejected it simply because of no postal code, I have to go back to the translation ones. To make them work, I need to figure out :

What translation of the document is certified? certified by who? by you or any institution or any goverment? I have done my best to provide all the necessary documents and I hope you can offer

more specific guidance.

during registration at 888: 888 will stop working in Belarus on 12.26.24.

But I don't have any way to contact you.
The help center is not working in the 888 client – a window opens with the inscription ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
When trying to switch to a deposit, the same thing happens.
In the personal information tab, I am asked to confirm my phone number, but I do not receive any SMS messages.
I can't communicate in English over the phone.
I may not be able to log into client 888 from 12/26/24.

I signed up for 888 through an affiliate PokerStrategy.com and I didn't make any deposits or cashouts.

Please help me with instructions on what actions to
take to withdraw funds from 888.

have an account that was fully verified, with multiple succesful deposits and withdrawals over the last ~1,5 years - always the same card.
Suddenly support requests that I verify everything again. I do that, with the same, updated documents but they refuse. When I ask them to help me send the correct ones I get no response (last email from them Dec 9). Can you please help?

scrolling through this thread and almost all the problems listed with withdrawals and account verifications ect are about 888 very poor customer support . Lots of form emails that do little to resolve problems and extremely difficult to communicate with . Had similar problems myself on more then one occasion . Strongly recommend joining forums such as this one and seeing what sites have the most problems before you join a site
