FYI,

To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:

Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

If any of these details are missing or unclear, the document may not pass our verification standards. We recommend double-checking these criteria before resubmitting.

Hello, I am contacting you again because my account has been blocked for several months. I try to contact you to clarify the reason for the block and you only tell me that it is a permanent closure and that my funds are confiscated. I have sent dozens of emails and I have only received automatic messages. I would appreciate it if the room would take this seriously. There are dozens of players with this problem and the room simply steals our funds and ignores all our emails.

888 rep, can you please reply to me? My account is still disabled while having more than 10k$ in the account.
Client has failed to even tell me the reason why my account is blocked and its been weeks now.

This room is terrible, dozens of player accounts blocked for months with funds withheld and no explanation, I have been playing for 16 years and I have never had these problems in any room, avoid putting your money here, it will only cause you problems.
