Do you know when HEM3 will record all tournament results correctly?
No. We can only 'record all tournament results correctly' after we have had all of those issues reported to us, documented for the developers, and then fixed by the developers.
If you are still experiencing issues with tournament detection for Mystery games, please replicate the problem during the next session so that I can ensure that your specific issues are documented for our developers. Please send us your logs, hand history files, and detailed screenshots of specific tournaments, including the 'Number' statistic from the 'Tournaments' report, for the games that require testing by our QA/Testing team.
Please reproduce and screenshot the issues after your next session and zip/email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries from that session to us as instructed
with a link to this thread and your forum name. Ensure you also include screenshots of your reports and filters, along with a detailed description for each error, including the tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, and other relevant details.Regards,

Used trial version. Bug where it doesn't record hands where Villian uses cashout feature. not sure if hands ran twice are correct either. hud seems to work fine though.

As far as I can tell, we shouldn't have any issues with RIT hands at iPoker currently. We've done some work on iPoker Cashout hands, but it's unclear to me where our QA team stands with some of the developer tickets.
Can you please zip and send me your archived hands from the trial, along with screenshots or details of any specific errors you're aware of, as
? I can then do some testing with your hands and discuss any errors I can reproduce with our QA team.Regards,

which affected our license servers, which should be resolved now.Please ensure you have fully restarted the application to re-establish the connection.
- Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) are fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).
If your service is still not functioning after a restart, please send us your log files so we can investigate your specific account.

The "Hands/hr" stat is not directly available in Holdem Manager 3 (HM3). To calculate it, you can add the "Total Hands" stat and the "Session Duration" or "Minutes Played" stat to a report and perform the calculation manually.

I just remembered that we did have that stat, but it wasn't totaling properly in reports with multiple rows, so we had to hide it (and some other hourly-related stats) until we can get it totaling properly.
If you want to be notified when it is fixed, please send an email via the 'Contact Support' ... and include "Notify Me When HMT-6827 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
Hmm that's strange. It always worked pretty well for me and now I removed it and can't get it back.
since last 888 update, HM3 can`t grab hands...

888 changed their hand history format, so we need to update HM3 and release a beta update to address this new hand history format.
These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. You will receive a prompt to update HM3 any time there is an update available, as long as you have enabled the Tools - Settings - General - [x] 'Check for Updates' and [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' options. You can check for new updates via the HM3 - Help - 'Check for updates...' option. You can also check for updates and release notes in our HM3 Releases forum or in our Release Notes FAQ.

New update - 888 still not working for me, and now stars isnt working either.
Please see our HUD Troubleshooting Guide and reproduce the issue, then send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ with a link to this forum thread and your forum username.

To be clear, the issue is since downloading the beta update this morning (intended to fix the 888 issue).

I understand, but I will still need you to send us your logs, configs, hands, screenshots, etc., as instructed in that HUD Troubleshooting Guide linked above, so I can review them with my QA/Testing Manager.
a) Please reproduce the problem and:
- Take a screenshot of the table/desktop before and after the problems
- Try to include the Live Play tab, your poker client lobby, and a browser page of this site - https://time.is/ - visible in the screenshot.
- Also, include screenshots of your poker site hand history folder settings and the HM3 auto import folder settings.
b) Click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar or the 'Help' menu at the top and send your logs and config files with a detailed description of the problem.
- You can also attach screenshots or other files to the Send Feedback interface as long as they don't total over 10 MB (including logs).
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history files* for the table/session from your C:\HM3Archive folder.

I just purchased hm3, because hm2 stopped working on 888 due to the new hh format.
In hm2 it was possible to double click on a villain's hud to instantly see the session stats. In hm3 it seems impossible to double click too see session stats. Is it possible to somehow see session stats quickly for a single player?

Double-clicking on a HUD will switch that player’s HUD between Lifetime and Session-Only stats.

The yellow border and red hue of the background indicate that the HUD for that player is filtered for 'Session Stats' instead of 'LifeTime Stats' - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowledge-b...
You can also right-click to toggle session stats on or off, or reset to session stats, provided the HUD is ‘Locked’ in the Table HUD menu options.

The problem is when I am actually playing on 888 with HM3.... If I double click (left or right mouse) nothing happens. With the table HUD option, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, to show session stats for the entire table.
Could double clicking the HUD have no effect, because I had in hm2 a setting to click the hud to open the popup, and I transferred my settings to hm3? Maybe because of this click for popup the double click of the hud in hm3 is disabled?

Have you tried switching to one of the HM3 Default profiles to see if it behaves differently from your custom profile?
Try to make sure that you double-click in a blank space on the HUD, not on a stat. If you continue to have problems, send me your HUD logs/configs so I can try testing with your custom HUD profile.
