I don’t think you guys understand how numbers work.
If billionaires were taxed at the same rates as everyone else ALL TAXES would be covered by their contribution
Nobody else would have to pay any taxes ever.

I think a key issue here is that a lot of your ideas that you have thought of and posited in the last 5 minutes has been thoroughly examined and argued as opposed to you reaching some groundbreaking new economic utopia.
A lot of these "theoretical questions" have in fact been answered and the people in those particular fields have a lot more understanding and information than someone with an entry level opinion of economics.
