I clicked but it's not clear which side is which, as evidenced by the video Vic posted above, and the text is all Dutch.

However, when you see a group of thugs pulling down the flag of Palestine from someone's house and chanting, it's pretty clear which side they are.

I have a Dutch Jew on my X feed who says what happened yesterday is actually fairly typical for Netherlands. He says for decades Muslim immigrants have been harassing, intimidating and physically attacking Jews. It is a little more animated in the last year, but it has been this way for a long time. He says Netherland Jews have learned to just travel with lots of security and avoid certain areas, and know when it is time to duck and run. And the Dutch authorities are very knowledgeable of what is going on, and very indifferent towards it all.

He said the problem is when outside Jews visit they have no clue how things work in Netherlands, so they aren't prepared.

They are coming to my city today. Security is enhanced a lot, but i am not aware of an official government warning about specific groups preparing to assault Israeli.

I am aware of a generic enhanced probability of that happening which we are planning for, for cautionary purposes.

We don't have any specific muslim violence in my city basically ever. We don't have muslim gangs or anything of the sort. We have a lot of immigrants, including from poor muslim countries, but there is no organized immigrant group that uses violences, threatens and so on. The radical italian left here is strong and that's who is very antisemite and threatens violence and often does violence in the street protesting pro Hamas.

There are sporadic problems with violent groups of immigrants but usually when there are short term mass arrivals of "asylum seekers", which hasn't happened for a while.

Some other cities in the north west have however large enough muslim communities that could send violent groups here in Bologna and i think we are planning for that to happen.

Can you link an italian source on that? i can't find any even on right-wing ultra pro Israel , ultra-against muslim mainstream sources.
