You say Lamar was robbed. Well, if MVP was purely about best stats, then don't you think they'd take all the subjectivity out of the equation and develop a scoring model for positional stats, say something like WSOP player of the year? MVP isn't just about stats though, is it. It's a judgement of how pivotal a player is to their team, and how would a team perform without said player. That's not easy to quantify, which does bring in some intangibles and subjective opinions. Regardless, without Lamar Bal has Henry and like 6 other pro bowlers.

BAL might have the best pass catcher of the two teams in Flowers, but overall the pass catching units are pretty even
