Worst update ever. Normally I filter 20-40, 50-100 and 100-200 together. Now I need a lot more time to change between these 3 stakes, ****ing idiot update.

Cash game leaderboard?

That is true and now well known that WPTG / Pokerking have bots that they put themselves.

New account's constantly (usually chinese) playing 22/12 or 24/12 and/or at 10/20/40 and lower aggressive chinese players playing around 30/20 are always bots that disappear after 1-5k hands for new accounts.

They are put by WPTG/PokerKing I was told from a very reliable source.

1 good thing is the app so smoothy right now.

P/s: if WPT bring back the feature that hiding all the tables that players can't seat, it will be super great.

Has anyone been restricted at lower stakes but been able to sit higher without any issue?

Hey Alex, what are your plans for PLO/PLO5? I haven't played on your platform for quite some time, but I check in occasionally, and I've noticed that the traffic at your PLO tables has been declining ever since you removed the leaderboards.

I would really appreciate finding a good Omaha environment on your platform.

It was difficult to play on this room with the restrictions but now is basically impracticable. You can see but not play 90% of the tables so finding a table is mostly imposible. Apart you have to move now stake by stake with no option to try to find some tables on various stakes. Incredible

This update is absurd, I hope it gets fixed soon because it's really hard to play like this. Removing the filters and also displaying the tables where you can't sit are incomprehensible choices. During the session you become stupid trying to play 4 tables.

Whoever the developers are behind the scene on this app they must be mentally challenged or never tested the software. How do you implement an update only from only a “new account perspective” but not from someone who’s labeled a HSP. They lost a lot of rake paid these last few days from all the regs.

Is there anyone in here that can explain the algorithm to understand which tables one is allowed to join?

This is how it looks to play after the update. Moving from one table to another table during hours to only see the ****ing message that "you are not allowed to play on this table". It´s crazy that you did this to the players. So dificult to play on the past but now you made it imposible. PLease give the players who are capped any solution and fix this update so we can continue playing on this room

I am the lead software engineer over here at WPT Global.

As some of you may have noticed we upgraded the software to run smoothly on all machines and we gave the lobby a complete overhaul.

We know these changes have been received well, but we want to improve things even more! - That's where you guys come in!

If anyone has ANY feedback or questions about the operations over here and how we get things done feel free to ask.

I will be present most all day and able to respond as quickly as needed.

Hi Cletus.

1) The stakes are now organised so that we can't join stakes together and pick from the available tables. Many of us play multiple stakes.
2) We don't have filters that can segregate the games we are looking for. Note, that this is different from the above.
3) Players tagged as HSP can now see all the tables.

All of the above makes it much more difficult to get onto a table and is very important to get sorted. Maybe if there was some way we could toggle back to the old lobby? Thanks.

I should mention as well that I'm getting more software lags. The software freezes for c.10 seconds and I get timed out on all of my hands. I'd imagine most people would prefer to go back to the old client until the issues are sorted out. Thanks.

In 25 minutes I had two disconnections due to lag, losing the hands I was playing.

Is possible add secure for disconnection on the future?

I think it's crucial for the site that these disconnects don't occur. Pros might put up with it but recreational players won't. It won't be happening for them when they play GG/Stars etc. The software looking good is a nice bonus but the most important thing by far is that it gives a very consistent playing experience.
