You are 100% correct. WPT has no power of decision to remove them, you are losing your time.
They will disappear after 1k hands and new one will appear.
Ok, I'll give you my story from the last 3 months regarding this issue.
Starting with January I sent over 50 emails to every WPT Global email address I could find with hundreds, if not thousands of photos with bots, suspicious plays, chip dumping etc. Not a single time I received a different message other than their standard automatic one. I talked with my agent, he told me that most likely the majority of the bots are "from the house". So that's that.
BUT! Until this week they were playing only 5/10/20 CNY and lower. Starting this week, I've seen a bunch of them at the 10/20/40 CNY and even 25/50/100 CNY, sometimes even 2 in the table at the same time.
I'll wait for LoveZhouYe to come here and tell me how these are not bots, are burner accounts played by humans, and that they play far from optimal. Trust me, they are 100% bots, and I'm almost positive that they have some kind of built-in HUD so they can exploit everyone with their plays, usually by being uber aggressive, deviating from the normal GTO play.
So, for all the guys playing 10/20/40 and 25/50/100, we have to try to figure out a way of dealing with this issue, otherwise the tables will be infested with bots, like it already happened months ago on lower stakes.
Also, for Sam, when you come home from your vacation and read this topic on your toilet in the morning, please do find time to give us a straight answer regarding this problem. No bullshit like "we'll investigate" and "I'll keep you posted".

For 25/50/100 I'd be curious to see your list of bots. Overall I think PokerKing don't infest this stake with house bot because there's less table, regs are better and it would be more obvious.
Please share your list.

This is absolutely true.
I have also emailed wpt hundreds of photos with the bot accounts.. And yes, they play even 25/50/100 lately. It is impossible for the WPT team not to be aware of this situation so either there’s nothing they can do about it or these are house bots, the later being more plausibile.
Last year they were active only for a month, this year is already their 4th so you better get used to it, something tells me they are not going away.

It's extremely shady if this is true. They market their platform as the safest in the industry and say they have 50 people working in the security team. To then have house bots, even if they are from another skin, is disreputable and dishonest.
How do I recognize these bots and in what lines can I exploit them to lower the damage?
I second the statements about bots. In addition, I've reported several cases where the line they took was completely off and made me think that they can either see the cards, or have access to admin HUD. Sadly, the only communication I got was "We'll investigate and get back to you".
I'd assume it's some sort of politics that is not communicated (and it never will be).
Rocky-PN, as a piece of advice, you can periodically buy the showdown to confirm your thoughts. For now, it's highly unlikely the situation is going to change, but it is what it is.

Since Alex left we can see there was a "switch" in everything regarding WPTG and their brand, including security.
IMO - Security is minimal on WPTG/PokerKing. They probably only really care about obv stuff like collusion and hud's on the table. The email staff is completely ******ed - I don't even think they read the email before giving an automated email saying some random stuff lol
My feeling was that Alex left the team because he was forced to keep quiet about all the shady stuff happening on that network.
At the end, the site is still profitable for regs, operators, and fish keep dumping there money so it will stay as is.

Tables aren't even opening for me. Curious that there is so much action going on, some people must not have problem then.

The problem is that at my stakes (2/4/8) people do so much random sh*t that's it's hard to know if they are colluding/card sharing/super users, or if they are just randomly clicking buttons xD
I think the only thing that makes sense is just to play and if I win over a decent sample I keep playing, if not I look elsewhere.
I guess the people that are still playing are winning at a decent clip. Otherwise, you guys would have found another place to play, right?

Is there anyone that is having issue with WPT like "freezing" for 5-8s (like you lost internet) constantly? been happening constanly over the past month or so.
connected over wi-fi, GPU is not the issue, it's really like I lose constantly internet but only for WPT lol.

Yes. Same problem. Also after new update can't play on phone.
Collusion is getting increasingly worse, especially at the CNY tables, and apparently no one intends to do anything about it.

The problem is with the WPTG software. Every hour or so, everything freezes for about 15-25 seconds. The internet continues to work without problems.
