When the semester begins, we have staff wearing buttons that say, "Ask Me Anything."No one has been able to tell me Honus Wagner's lifetime batting average. Anyway, from the days when you only knew the players from their names in the box scores. My favorite baseball song (Casey Stengel said he was afraid of Van Lingle Mungo). I find it both nostalgic and poignant. Sent from my

Might be the greatest non-WS postseason series, though I just remembered Sox-Angels lol.

The greatest.
Red Sox come back from 3-0 to defeat the Yankees. Mariano Rivera blows a save in game four. Red Sox go on to win the WS in four.
Next year Red Sox play Yankees in first game of the season at Fenway. Players from both teams are introduced.
Rivers gets a standing ovation. He smiles and waves to the crowd. Such class.

Going to Ireland on Wednesday, coming back next Thursday, waiting one day, and then NYC for a long weekend.
My friend Rick said, What do you have? Cancer or something?"

Two Tickets To Paradise
Thunder Island
Night Moves

So my fitbit finally died today and I couldn't be happier! It was perfect timing. I am totally addicted to the damn thing but since they were bought out by Google it has sucked balls. Earlier this year they deleted the fitbit website which means you have to do it all though the phone which sucks. Also the phone offers far less information. But I knew mine was dieing. A couple of weeks ago it just stopped working. Thought it was dead but plugged it back in the next day and it was fine. Earlier this week it died again? Plugged it in the next morning and it was fine again but I knew something was wrong with it. Then it died again today.
I didn't hesitate and just went to Amazon and ordered a Garmin tracker (which has website!!!!) and it will arrive tomorrow. I have been wearing that damn fitbit (actually they break a lot it was my 5th fitbit) since 2016. But since Google bought them all I can say is GOOD RIDDANCE!
I just IDed two guys, their last names were Cockayne & Hollobaugh.
