i heard on a pod yesterday for the last 20+ years the 49ers have either reached at least the NFC Championship Game, or they've missed the playoffs entirely.

He's too much of a little weasel to be a head coach. It reminds me of when the Broncos hired Nate Hackett. You could see he was a clown from day one. I watched Mike addressing the team once and he was throwing F bombs and trying to act tough. It was cringe. He just looks like a little twirp. Also, his stupid stoner act got old fast. Players need a grown man to be their coach. This was doomed from the start.
