There hasn't been a single confirmed successful withdrawal reported anywhere for an entire week. In the previous 10 years, withdrawal delays never lasted more than three days. That's more than enough reason to be seriously concerned.
Theres literally confirmed cashouts above in this very thread not to mention many online
They've started processing withdrawals, so I think there's no need to panic anymore.
My USDT cashout went through after 9 days. Havent played much in ACR but all cashouts took at least 1 day. Laughable they claim to be the "fastest cashout in online poker"
Got the same email here, had absolutely no issues last time I did a withdrawal (20 days ago), and no issues before that.
Now we're on day 2, and still waiting - can safely say I'll never be playing ACR again.
I would tell Phil Nagy to go suck a dick but he'd probably like that.

just wanted to come on here reassure some folks because I began to worry seeing all of these posts after requesting my first withdrawal recently and after 5-6 hours I was like oh great here we go.. but I received my withdrawal took like just under 7hrs.. which just for perspective has happened here or there over the last couple years yes usually its pretty quick within 2hours..

Day 6 now and still nothing, same generic copy paste reply from acr support ( wsop and world cup ) causing the delays.. i dont understand. How is that person saying they got a cashout in 7 hrs? when we are on day 6??

Day 8 and still no withdrawl, However i did get a update from acr email support telling me if someone else got a cashout lately its due to the " chronical " order of the request , i also got a message from money maker on X and he was reaching out to offer resolving this situation but i couldnt accept his help because im in Aus and venmo / zelle or for USA citizens, So its sort of re-assuring to see that. i think this will all resolve soon.
And remember on day 15 is when you can email ACR support and ask for it to be escalated for manual review which will sort it out quicker, But you need to wait till the 15 day mark ( it can deff come before 15 day though ) what i was told
update, today i checked my wallet and i got it, Total time was 9 days and 13 hours, Do not worry if you are on day 4 or 5, just be patient, you will get your money guys, i know i dont even have to type in here and say all this but i feel like its worth sharing since alot of you are going through what i went through and if by 15 days yours is not in, they will manual approve it
