New fast food discussion/review thread
OK OOT, it's been a while since we had a devoted fast food thread around here and I think it's time we had a new one.
In
three hours late for lunch today so swung by the southern colonel for a spicy chicken on the way home.
hot, juicy, and made me wipe my nose a couple of times. $5 otd solid value

I had Popeyes last night also, but I pulled up short of a shitload. I did get their coleslaw for the first time, but left it in the fridge overnight. I just had it, and it is damn decent for FF coleslaw. In fact, it's better than most that I run across in most BBQ joints and restaurants.
I'm extremely excited to try the korean style burger and chicken sammy from shake shack has anyone had either yet?

ya I was pretty underwhelmed by both the burger and chicken real lack of flavor.
the spicy korean bbq sandwich is my absolute fav at wingstop and I'm addicted to it and had really high hopes for the shake shack variations and it wasnt bad or anything just very little flavor and wouldn't order again.
I had shake shack and the only thing I remember is how busy the restaurant was.
This was the heart of Amazon town one. It's probably one of the better option the area
Shake shack steak n shake both one and done mostly bc they are in horrible locations

I realized something interesting. On the Carl's Jr. app reward points, the breakfast burger and various breakfast burritos are on the 2nd lowest tier at 300 points... This is a great deal and use for the points... The burritos are huge and breakfast burger is as big as the standard burgers.
The Famous Star cheeseburger is significantly higher at 500 points.
Also the new McDonalds burgers are now available nationwide. Softer buns, more sauce, grilled onions, better (but 5% smaller) meat patties.
