I wonder how much safer the citizens feel after watching a kid in a wheel chair get blown to bits with a precision strike from a USA weapon. I have been told that I should be glad it was a precision weapon otherwise there could have been worse civilian harm.
Would you prefer it if the bomb killed far more civilians in the area?
well I suppose those are the only 2 options to a Western liberal
apparently Israel is going to allow polio vaccination in certain areas for children. now, they likely will just bomb these areas but even if they dont, its pretty ironic to inoculate all of these kids only to murder them later.
This is the Israeli sense of humor. They also do things like send a pass for someone to see a health specialist outside of Gaza the day after the person dies of the illness.
Only the scum of the earth can defend these insanely evil fascist psychopaths.
lol perfect
And we're back to square 1: Do you two believe that if Israel didn't have a precision missile that they would completely give up trying to kill that target?
I've gone through this multiple times. It's not that I think Israel needs to bomb something, it's that Israel is going to. Do you agree with that or not?
Quit the bad faith arguments, has it even been a week since you did this?
August 15th was the last time I addressed your bad faith representation of this particular argument. Here it is for reference, please refer to it rather than inventing some fictitious argument:
I have voiced similar thoughts. USA should pressure Israel to stop the war, but I don't think it's possible. USA should And I believe Russia should stop invading Ukraine. But I don't live in a fantasy world where that is going to happen, so I deal with the actual issues of the day which are within reach and worth discussion. You can keep lamenting about what the world should be

ok you convinced me. the wheelchair kid had to die so others could live. I love liberalism and the current war.
I'd love to see that debate, it seems about as clear cut to me as possible. Do you think that if Gaza drove Israel out of the Middle East that they would then launch an invasion of all nations that have Jews or do you think that if Israel kills everyone in Gaza that Hezbollah, Houthis, and Iran cease to exist? I'm curious which part you're debating. If my argument is simplistic
What exactly have Iran, Hez and the Houthi’s done to Israel besides get embarrassed? Have the Houthi’s intervened in Gaza at all? What happened to Iran’s flag of vengeance? Hezbollah launched an attack that achieved nothing and seems content.
You’re correct that Israel and Gaza do not need the same type of support to exist. Gaza is 100% reliant on foreign aid. They have built nothing sustainable over the last century. While Israel is a first world country by every objective measure.
Much of your post is trivial and has been covered over and over. Houthi’s/Iran/etc don’t cease to exist. Gaza is just another problem on top of them. Gaza is expendable to all of those parties. To them Gaza is a distraction. Israel has to deal with it now or later, there is no future where they don’t have to deal with it. Not sure what your point is.
Never said anyone has to take 100% of Palestinians. No one will take any. Completely different statements that aren’t hard to confuse. They are almost like opposites. And the people of Gaza need anything they can get. Every alternative path available to them would have been better than their situation for the past 80 years.
honestly it proly hasnt. the mod weighed in and said that the more supplies to Israel then the better for the Gazans.
Dun, you should get on the phone to the UN and tell them that they got it wrong https://www.theguardian.com/world/articl... note that most Western outlets did not include that quote from the UN. I had to find it from an Arab outlet and then do another search to find the Guardian
Like you said, a UN official stating it was Israeli fire is not something initial Western outlets were reporting. We will wait until the smoke clears, the IDF makes an announcement, see what really happened, and go from there.
its too bad they didnt have any precision drones on hand for the aid convoy! could have saved some lives!
The Houthis sinking a Greek oil tanker and disrupting the fishing industry that feeds their own people might be the straw that breaks the Israeli camel’s back. Hamas is about to turn the tides on the back of this strategic military victory.
What exactly have Iran, Hez and the Houthi’s done to Israel besides get embarrassed?
Iran has armed all three. A good % of the deaths to Israelis are attributable at least to some extent to that aid given, much as the aid given to Israel is being attributed to USA.
Have the Houthi’s intervened in Gaza at all? What happened to Iran’s flag of vengeance? Hezbollah launched an attack that achieved nothing and seems content.
Israel doesn't need to be blown up in for these factions to be helping Gaza. The threat of them prevents Israel from using as many arms as they want on Gaza, or from sending as many troops as needed into Gaza.

I agree these are trivial. They were also the two things you said were debatable. Are they debatable or trivial?

This is false. It is also your litmus for whether or not Gaza has allies, not mine.
The Houthis sinking a Greek oil tanker and disrupting the fishing industry that feeds their own people might be the straw that breaks the Israeli camel’s back. Hamas is about to turn the tides on the back of this strategic military victory.
The bolded is exactly my point. There are degrees of helping that don't mean completely overthrowing the enemy of the group they are helping.
Apply this to ukraine: USA is not an ally to Ukraine because they haven't marched on Moscow.
Iran and North Korea are not allies to Russia because Russia has not co.pletely conquered Ukraine.
The Houthis sinking a Greek oil tanker and disrupting the fishing industry that feeds their own people might be the straw that breaks the Israeli camel’s back. Hamas is about to turn the tides on the back of this strategic military victory.
they didnt sink the tanker. in fact, they didnt even spill any oil.
