I'm going to take that as a compliment, Red. :P

It was really good and I still have some leftover omelette filling so I might do a repeat tomorrow but try making naan with it. I have some Everything Bagel seasoning that would be great on naan.

yeah... that looks amazing.

Red seems to follow the mantra that if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all, although it is sometimes very hard to tell WHAT he's saying.

as always interpretation is up to the taste buds
but the VR omelette and virtual realtity are two things i wish were quickly merged

As Dire Straits said in money For Nothing.

“That’s the way you do it.”

Y'all are going to have me blushing. And probably over ordering my groceries tomorrow so I can continue omelette trials. <3

Not an omelette, because I had broccoli I had to use up:

broccoli cheddar frittata and hash of potatoes, onions, red bell peppers, and yellow summer squash

I'm actually trying to eat as many fruits and veg as I can today. Personal challenge after yesterday evening was mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and french fried potato skins. :P

Planned for later: sweet potato/chickpea/spinach curry with a side of apple celery salad

LOL. I had a VERY bad day and chose to medicate with carbs rather than wine.

I'm certainly no health nut, but I've got to step in here and defend wine as being healthier medication.

eta: And my liver will vouch for me!

enjoying the recent posts VR
and i agree with Tom...wine is fruit

In my defense, this was my lunch and (most of) my dinner. I didn't snap a pic of the tomato mac and cheese.

Grain is fruit -> fermented grain is beer -> beer is fruit -> whiskey is distilled beer -> whiskey is fruit

Flawless logic, IMO.

Another round of fruit!

Glad to know it. I think I'll have me some "fruit" with my curry and salad tonight.

almost went there but sometimes it is best to step aside and let the ones who taught us take the spotlight

Looks good but ... what's up with the paper plate?

that's part of my disposable lifestyle...

I use the 'coated' versions so I can wash and reuse them several times if they aren't to badly abused.

From fast meals to cutting on them and of course, Microwave splash covers... there are many Happy uses.

And off course, they make great Frisbee's.

Mixing it up for today...
