My sister-in-law's Dad has a large estate with a bunch of animals. An Easter gift from one of his geese.


Beats any of that chocolate nonsense!



How's it compare, food-wise?


Definitely a stronger flavour - more "eggy", but not off-putting (to me, at least). Guess you could kinda compare it to having a dried aged steak vs. a fresher one.

Tasted richer/fattier too, but that might just be because of the tennis ball size yolk! Also possibly differences in what the geese get fed/eat compared to the chickens.

I just can’t with the paper plates. There’s no good argument to be had.


It enhances the flavor...


Really, it takes ~3 minutes to wash plate, silverware, and pans after cooking.


Less if you use the dish washer


disposable paper products schul8 only be used when it comes out not when it goes in
and even then there are better jish washing options

That's my problem with it--the eggs and the cottage cheese will both taste like paper when you eat them off of a paper plate.

I don't generally prefer to eat paper. :P


Don’t forget the microplastics seasoning.
