Jordan's overall impact is greater because his method of skyrocketing the team's offense is what produced all the dynasties (the best basketball).. Guys that spike the offense produce the dynasties, aka Curry, Jordan, Shaq, etc.

Meanwhile, players like Dikembe or Wemby that spike the defense never produced dynasties, except prior to offensive basketball (prior to 1980).. Prior to 1980, MVP's could be primarily defensive players like Russell, Unseld or Cowens, but not after 1980... That's when offensive dominance was required to be MVP... For example, Wemby won't be MVP next year unless he learns to dominate OFFENSIVELY..

So you guys can parade around defense (as if you cared about it with Lebron, who is less impactful than MJ on both ends of the floor) but anyone reading can see the flip-flops and the obvious reality that Jordan is the goat.... And the more these bad arguments get beaten down, the more obvious it becomes who the goat is ... All of this is further entrenching Jordan's permanent and forever goat status.

^^^ That's what the 2008 Cavs did while Lebron shot 35% with 6 TO's per game - they nearly beat the Celtics despite lebron playing worse than anyone ever has.. Lebron was the biggest reason they lost that series.

Imagine if Jordan lost a winnable 7 game series while averaging 26 ppg on 35% with 5.3 TO's per game, aka the biggest reason for the loss..

The reason that Lebron gets away with this and many other failures is because he's the biggest fraud in sports history... He gets praised for making the Finals even though he wasn't capable of making the Finals and had to cheat (team up).. He put the top 3 scorers in the conference on 1 team to start winning the conference.. So he's a pathetic joke that many impressionable people fell for .

Cowherd said that Cade is fine and just needs "a pippen" like Jordan did, but the problem is that Detroit won 60 games and the 1 seed, so they already had plenty of pippens.. It's a misperception to think that Cade carried the Pistons to 60 wins, while Jordan was struggling at 40 wins - that's wrong - Cade barely had a 20 PER had toms of help to get 60 wins while MJ and his 31 PER would EASILY TITLE with Cade's cast

Man, biggest choke since the Bulls got outscored 14-0 over the last 3 minutes of Game 6 against the Magic in 1995 to get eliminated on their home court.

This will be a short thread. There's really no disputing FG is the GOAT fraud poster.

The Spurs scored 30 points TOTAL in the 2nd half.

So Wemby is a historic choke artist, even worse than Lebron, which i thought was impossible.

He's a 7'5" guy that can't post and passes to the opponent on the last possession, or he lets a 6'4" guy outrebound him to finish coughing up a 55 point lead (or whatever it was).

You can't make this stuff up... These chokes are INSANE... Mind-blowing stuff.

Today's player simply chokes at historic rates because we watched SGA nearly lose to the Pacers last year and Chet basically revoked his own All-NBA status this year.. These jaw-dropping choke jobs are becoming the standard, and that's how today's teams win - they win by having the the opponent choke, instead of winning by playing great - i.e. Brunson will win this year despite largely wetting the bed because the opponent wet the bed MORE.

This digression occurs because today's player is actually a video game player more than they're a hooper.. These rich moguls don't care about basketball and have always trained more than they hooped - for example, the top 8th grader is a kid named Heir Jackson and he'll never amount to anything.. It's because he's already load managing in junior high by only playing the 1st half of games - he's literally being groomed into a choke artist that lacks 2nd half experience... He'll also start getting hurt when he's forced to play full games for the first time... This stuff is intuitive but his handlers don't realize it... I also guarantee that this Heir kid is the next Seventh Woods because I see all the same warning signs, aka an overzealous trainer that is stunting the kid's natural growth and also f*cking up the kid's knees just like Harry Giles' trainer did.. I honestly feel sorry for the kid's invariable underwhelming future.

I digress, but the point is that basketball players are getting worse because they're training more as youth than they actually hoop - this screws up their long-term durability and also their ability to execute in clutch-time.. They're robots that don't love the game like prior eras, or have the tenacity.. This is why there are no more American players of Lebron/Curry/KD caliber because they've been replaced by lower tier of modern softy robots and training experts (Ant, Tatum, etc, aka weaker players).

But back to Wemby - he's literally OG Anouby's bitch, so that's the average 6'5" guy from the 90's like say, Gerald Wilkins or Scott Burrell - he's Scott Burrell's bitch... Today's players are weak, soft, and mental midgets that panic like a fish out of water when the 3ball stops falling.
