Your virus scanner / firewall are blocking ICC. Temp turn it off or add a safe exception for ICC and then re-install ICC.

Too complex to try and explain honestly. It was mostly on Ignition's side. When they did a server upgrade, a lot of that helped. Plus there was just an issue that once there was a hard DC on their end, it would occasionally cause an exception in code, that was since fixed.

Did you have a disconnect? Or you busted and you're re-buying? It can sometimes take a minute or so before the hand history data is sent from ignition again when this happens.
No DC. Busted and rebuying issue. Never picks up the reentry table again, if I want it I been having to restart all software on break
