Not sure which app is reliable but you need to convert ipoker hands in to Pokerstars format so you can import them to Hand2Note

Its one of the hand format you can import to H2N and there are a lot of app I see in google search you can use to convert the hands.

Not sure why, but sometimes virus scanners flag one of their exes, and a simple re-install solves it. Glad it's working for you now.
