does HM3 HUd works on coinpoker?
While we don't have native HUD support, we recently introduced the ability to import hands manually. These can be downloaded from their poker software or site after your sessions and then manually imported into HM3 for review in the reports.
If you want to have a HUD on your tables at CoinPoker while playing, you will have to use a 3rd party hand grabber/converter:

No, it is still an open ticket awaiting a fix from our developer for this new game type and newly supported site.

This is due to the short-stacked CO that got All-In on the Flop, while you and the BTN didn't get All-In until the turn.
HM3 uses the same equity code as PT4 now, which is more accurate and less biased than the code we used for equity in HM2. In a hand where a player is all-in but other players are not, net adjusted results are not calculated. When one player is all-in preflop and other players are not, they usually have the option to act post-flop, which means that sometimes one of them will fold. Having the option to fold* after another street is dealt means that in the long run, there will be more strong hands that get to showdown and fewer weak hands. If we were to calculate net adjusted results in hands like this, it would introduce a systematic bias (because there will be more known strong hands), so we exclude all hands like this from net adjusted calculations. You can read more about this here.
*Note: Attempting to calculate adjusted results when unknown but folded cards are already called the all-in also introduces a bias into the results, so HM3 does not make these calculations in any situation where a player calls the all-in and later folds (even if it's on the same street).

I'm playing mainly on tables with swedish curreny SEK and since I updated hold em manager 3 it now creates a new line for the same stakes, displaying them as ''SEK- tables''(before I had the swedish table displayed in USD). How do I mesh the same stake together so it looks pretty again, and number 2: How do I switch my results from showing in usd (had it before so 1 SEK = 1 USD to make it look pretty in the database) to sek, so I can see my combined results on ipoker which i play both in and SEK + EUR

The Cash Results By Stakes report now breaks the Stakes down by Currency and Number of Seats. That can't be changed, and those rows can't be combined. You can choose which currency you want displayed for the Winnings in the Settings - 'Exchange Rates' menu with the 'Preferred Currency' option.

Guys, you tried to charge my credit card even though auto renew is turned off. Don't do that.
I understand that NoteCaddy is not available for purchase anymore, but what can I do if I had a subscription for it, but it expired because my credit card has also expired, however I cant change it for my new one in the settings. It means its gone forever??? Such a shame, cause there a lot of stats missing from HM3, and without it there is no way to create them.

When I checked online last week the auto renewal was still in the off position, so I know I canceled HM a couple years ago. Support acknowledged charging me in 2025 but refused a refund.

Unfortunately, refunds can only be processed within 14 days of the payment date. If you get charged again this year, please get back in touch with our sales team so that they can refund you ASAP.

Well I'm sad to hear that. Despite the software being a bit more resource-heavy than H2N, I liked the much simpler interface, but without custom stats, I have to make the transition to H2N. It would have been nice to be notified about this in advance, cause I wouldnt have renewed my subsription for HM3 2 months ago had I known that.
Despite this, I really hope that in the future HM would let us create custom stats

Hello @Botmac @bebabcsinya @everyone. Good news! I would like to correct the above statement that it is not possible to renew an active NC licence. If your NC licence expires and you would like to keep using Notecaddy please send as an email to [email][email protected][/email] or open a support ticket asking to extend the licence. Note however that, as stated before, the developer abandoned the project and as such there is no more support or updates for Notecaddy. At some point it might become impossible to keep using it. We will still have this channel open and the usual support ticket to clear doubts and help in what we can.

With stars shutdown, I've reluctantly moved to MGM. The HUD position is off and needs to move one seat clockwise for each player. How do I do that? I know I can do it manually, but I think something in my settings needs to change. I went to the link below but I don't have an option for preferred seating on MGM. In fact, I don't have that section at all.

You will have to set up a new account and deposit, etc.
Since the transition, the PokerStars on FanDuel client now operates on the iPoker engine, which requires a specific setup within Holdem Manager 3.
1. Generate Hand Histories
Before configuring HM3, please ensure you have played at least one full orbit of a real-money cash game or at least 1 tournament. This ensures the poker client has generated the necessary local hand history files on your hard drive.
2. Configure Site Settings
You will need to manually point HM3 to the new folder location:
* In HM3, go to Tools > Site Settings > Add More Sites > Select [x] iPoker under 'More Sites' and then click 'Update Sites'.
* Select iPoker from the list on the left.
* Under Auto Import Folders, click the plus (+) icon and add:
`C:\Users\{Your Windows Username}\AppData\Local\PokerStars on FanDuel\data\{Your Poker Screenname}\History\Data`
- If you can't see the `AppData` folder, open File Explorer from the taskbar and Select View > Show, then select 'Hidden Items' to view hidden files and folders.
3. Perform a Clean Restart
To ensure the changes take effect and previous hands are imported:
* Close your poker client and HM3.
* Right-click the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray (near the clock) and select Exit.
* Restart HM3 first and wait for the server to initialize.
* Launch the PokerStars on FanDuel client.
The Live Play view and HUD should now appear during your next session.
B) They 'auto center' you now by default since they removed the option to pick a different seat, but HM3 gets confused. You need to configure the HM3 'My Seat' to 'Specific Seat' and set your seat to the bottom seat of each table.

That worked for MGM, but when I selected my custom HUD everything was off center again.
For Stars, (Ipoker,) my HUD isn't displaying. I played NL & PLO for 10 minutes. I have it set to Automatically detect my seat. Auto import folders are
