In spite of how Israel-no-matter-what Jews like Mets have said about how other Jews aren't real Jews or how Christian Identitarians and Evengelicals have equated criticism with Israel with anti-semitism, and that's even gotten to the point where wildly obvious anti-semites like that BG guy call people anti-semitic for criticizing Israel...(run on sentence here and I'm going to just leave it a fragment)

Maybe you have a hard time sometimes, but you've definitely recognized that there are a lot of Jewish people in the opposition to Israel and that they are not fake Jews as others would say.

The threat is literally always there. By your logic the only solution is to actually annex it and get rid of everyone who poses a threat.

Pretty sure the Hamas charter very specifically mentions JEWS. If you want to argue Hamas hasn't targeted any Jews outside of Israel. Fair enough.

and think of it another way, when groups are criticized, like the Germans or Japanese or Americans or Chinese or English, its well understood that many in that group are not supportive of whatever actions are causing the issue.

for Jews and Israel, thats even less so. something like 40% of Americans opposed the Iraq war. how many Jews oppose Israel?

There is actual translations out there of Hamas their own words where they very much so describe their problem with the Jewish state AND Jews world wide.

This has all changed a lot for the worse in my lifetime. Partly I think because Israel has been at war, has conscription, and is so warlike and generations raised like that have been far more...warlike, jingoist. And partly that all the propaganda, the instant anti-semite accusations, the equating things like tearing down posters with violence, the dedication to this narrative, has been effective.

Also keep in mind that we are approaching this from a western perspective. And we don’t understand Arabic, so we are not hearing what Palestinians and other Arabs are saying in their own words.

But over half of Israel now is Jews originating from the Middle East who were personally the victims of pogroms by Arabs against Jews or are descendants of said victims. And many of them speak Arabic.

So when they say Palestinians, and their Arab sycophants, view this as a war against the Jews, I am inclined to take this seriously.

We've already demonstrated to anybody who appreciates language that what Israel is doing is genocide according to the commonly accepted definition of that word. If you disagree, you're wrong. Don't have to take it from me -- look it up!

I obviously disagree with you on the Israel-Palestine issue and agree mostly or completely with Trolly... but yes, "incredible how quickly you guys break down" is his go-to-line whenever somebody gets emotional about something. You see, Trolly is highly sociopathic in nature; for him, the whole point is to get people mad and then make fun of them for demonstrating human emotion. This is also why he is, by a real margin, the most dishonest poster I have ever encountered on the internet -- making honest and/or intelligent arguments is wholly beside the point.

There are extremely obvious disingenuous motives to do this.

When Arabs say that USA invasions were a war on Islam are you inclined to take that seriously? What if they say it's a war on brown people? What does it even mean that you take it seriously? Groups aren't monoliths and people think all kinds of crazy things. Yeah, for some people it is a war on Jews. For others it isn't. People think different things during a war than they don't a year or two after a war ends. I don't know what point you are making, if any. As for myself, I was just, I believe, clearing up something simple that people were disagreeing about.
